Taicang folk also known as Nanyuan "Taishifu". Founded in Wanli of Ming Dynasty, it is the first auxiliary place in Wanli of Ming Dynasty, where Wang Xijue appreciated plum and chrysanthemum, covering an area of 18 mu. In the early Qing Dynasty, Wang Shimin, the grandson painter of Wensu, expanded his garden and invited Zhang Nanyuan, the master of Dishan at that time, to preside over the construction. The painters and craftsmen cooperated with each other to make Nanyuan a historic garden integrating gardening and painting. It was the first gardening in Wuyi since the Qing Dynasty and was destroyed by war. In 1998, with the support of the municipal government, we began to design and plan according to the original photos and drawings, and relocated the historic ancient buildings in the old city transformation to the South Garden. After six years of transformation, we gradually restored the original scenic spots such as "Gateway", "Xiuxuetang", "Xiangtao Pavilion", "Dahuange", "Hemeixian Pavilion", "Hanbifang", "Tanyingxuan", "Long Corridor" and Bridge Pavilion. In the park, the lake is arranged as the central axis, the scenic spots are distributed around, and the central part is decorated with a Jade Belt Bridge. The word "Nanyuan" on the door plaque is written by Dong Qichang. In the south, a small rockery is piled up at the old city wall of Taicang. The lake is rippled with lotus flowers. The most delicate building in the garden is Hemeixian Hall, also known as Flower Hall. Dahuange Pavilion commemorates the rebuilding of Xu Shangying, a master of the Ming Dynasty Guqin in Taicang. Upstairs in the main hall are displayed the master's "Da Huan Qin score" "Xishan Qin condition" "Wanfeng Pavilion refers to the Secret Notes" and rare and precious Guqin. It is said to be the world's first piano building by the Guqin circle.
The South Garden has a small facade. When you enter it, your eyes shine. It's really a big garden. Not many tourists are very clean. It's a good place for tourists who like quiet and don't like crowded people. The gardens are by no means inferior to those famous gardens in Suzhou with beautiful scenery. Pavilions, pavilions, bridges and streaming water throughout the landscape design is reasonable, the whole garden around will not feel very tired. Ticket-free parks over 60 are more humane than many parks in Shanghai. The parking lot is too small in the United States. Without management, there is a parking fee of 5 yuan.
It's unexpected that Taicang has such a quiet and beautiful garden. The environment is never inferior to those famous gardens in Suzhou. The original ticket price is 25 yuan, the entrance is slightly small, but there are other holes in it. With few tourists, it is really a good place to view. There are many inherent characteristics of these gardens here, such as pavilions, pavilions, bridges, flowing water, lush willows. It seems that this year there is a good place to shoot lotus flowers, without having to pile up those crowded parks. Walking in such a garden, it is so pleasant to take photos and appreciate flowers at will.
Nanyuan in Taicang City is the place where Wang Xijue, the first assistant in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty, appreciated plum and chrysanthemum. The whole garden is of Soviet style. Wang Shimin, the painter at that time, expanded his garden. Zhang Nanyuan, the master of mountainous folding, presided over the construction, making it a famous historical garden integrating gardening and painting, and the first gardening in Wuyi since the Qing Dynasty. At the end of summer and the beginning of autumn, the residual lotus is golden on the water surface. The fragrance of Dangui comes from the wind, the ancient hall, the elegant pavilion, the fresh water pavilion, the corridor and the scene change are picturesque.
Very good scenic spot, not many people, very quiet. The garden is a good place for recreation and health with reasonable landscape distribution and abundant vegetation. Not far from the center of Taicang City, it can be reached by walking for 10 minutes. It is suitable for walking!
When we went to Nanyuan, it was drizzling. When we entered Nanyuan, we were amazed by the beautiful scenery in front of us. Stone bridges connected the two sides of the lake. The green willow branches along the lake were matched with the red peach blossoms along the bridge, which were very eye-catching. The arch bridge in the drizzle in the distance has visitors holding umbrellas on the bridge, and Xiangtao Pavilion on the hills is reflected between the lakes, forming a spring poem volume. Nanyuan in the middle reaches of the rain has a unique charm of the south of the Yangtze River.
The courtyard is deep, the bridge is running, the scenery is changing step by step, and it is quiet and pleasant. Taicang's most charming park, standing in the pavilion on the hillside, from time to time brings the most natural breeze among the bamboo forests, and there will never be a trace of summer.
I've been there several times. Every season has beautiful scenery. It's worth visiting.
