The restaurant ran a number of promotional dishes at 50% off. We ordered a Peking duck which was part of the offer. The duck skin was served with crepes. We requested for half of the duck to be chopped and served, and the other half to be cooked with noodles since there were 10 of us. The duck meat was not fresh which we are sure would be overnight or frozen duck. The shredded duck meat stir fried with noodles was definitely too little to be half a duck. In any case, we know this is a trick used in many restaurants and that's one of the reason why we hardly request for the duck meat to be stir fried with noodles. You never get the full duck you pay. Other dishes include salted egg coated prawns, vegetables stir fried with canned dace and black beans, roast pork, vegetables cooked with three types of eggs and garlic fried pork. Overall, the best was the vegetables cooked with canned dace and black beans. The taste of the roast pork was pretty good except the skin was almost black, which is probably due to reheating. Its not a bad place for an occasional meal or two if you stay in the vicinity but for food which are not fresh, I won't travel the distance.
