Japanese lover's holy land - "You like the sea, I love you "
"Three-segment wall" is composed of igneous rock, transported rock and collapsed rock, and the volcanic movement of the seabed hundreds of millions of years ago formed this spectacular cliff The turbulent waves of the Kumano Beach in the Pacific Ocean have created a sea-eroded landscape.
Just like the artwork created by the earth and the sea, the prominent slope-like rocks are eroded by the raging waves, forming a rich and majestic landscape.
Be sure to check out the beautiful sunsets here, listen to the sound of sea water splashing on the rocks, the air is filled with salty sea water, and there is a summer taste. Standing on the reef, you put yourself in the vast world, the sea screaming at your feet, the sky is so vast.
"You like the sea, I love you" life, must take her to go here once, holding hands to walk by the sea, from sunrise to sunset, from youth to late.

The Moon Island is another symbol of Japan's Wakayama Shirahama. Its official name is Takashima, but the shape of the sea cave formed by seawater erosion is called a round moon island. Because the position of the sunset shifts with the season, every day before or after the vernal equinox or the autumn equinox, the setting sun will form the center of the sea cave through the Moon Island, thus forming a superb view. You may have seen the setting sun in the mountains, it is a magnificent beauty, but at the moment the sunset over the sea, that kind of beauty is exciting.
Sandanbeki Cliff has two parts, both the inside and the outside. To access the underground caves, you would have to take an elevator down, and follow the path to see the different parts of the underground caves. There are areas where you can see the rocks that have been washed and cut out by the waves, and the splashing of the waves can be quite surreal. Upon exiting the underground caves, do check out the cliffs as well. Heard that this place is one of the favourite suicide place in Japan. However, the view is breathtaking. Beautiful rocks cut into pieces with constant sea waves over million of years. Enjoy the fresh air and a short walk from the carpark! The view is scenic, and makes for good photos. This is definitely a good place to enjoy and embrace nature.
Typical Japanese tatami style, every night someone will come to the room to make a bed, open the window to see the endless sea and beach, 24-hour free hot spring, quiet and comfortable! The meal tastes good, Japanese style, the location is great!
In the morning, I opened my eyes and opened the window. The magnificent scene of the sea and sky was in sight, as if I was in the sea, soothing, let me smile and start another full day.
Shirahama has one of Japan's three old hot springs, Shirahama Onsen, which has attracted me and my husband to work hard. The famous "Saki noodle soup" live up to expectations, using open-air hot springs that stretch out to the Pacific Ocean, and you can relax while listening to the sound of the waves. The hot spring is a sodium bicarbonate spring, which is effective for rheumatic diseases and motor dysfunction. I will give a detailed introduction to this in the next article. Today, I will focus on the Bailiangzhuang Hotel where we stayed.
The hotel is in a good location, take a five or six minute walk to the beach. In fact, the entire Shirahama City is not big, there is no car, you can walk and feel the quiet and beautiful scenery. Because it is already an old name, the hotel room facilities are not new enough, but the curtains are the sea, and the view is good. The Japanese-style room we ordered was very comfortable and it was very sweet. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are very rich. There are a few home wine houses on the half road outside the hotel. There are also 711, which is quite convenient. The hotel's soup is very good, the facilities are complete, it is a modern style, men and women are separate, you can face the sea and listen to the sound of the waves! From the soup, there are vending machines that can buy ice milk to drink, stick it!
The hotel has a free bus to jr station, reservation is required!
There are a lot of hot springs and hotels in Shirahama, and the Sanlezhuang in front of you is a well-known full-sea view hot spring hotel, with convenient transportation and outstanding sea view rooms. The excellent service makes every guest who stays in the hotel unforgettable. When I came to Japan, I would definitely like to experience Japanese-style rooms. It is more Japanese-like. Secondly, the room with full tatami will make the room look bigger. The entrance will effectively separate the guest room and the bathroom, dry and wet. The design is very beneficial for guests to enjoy the hot spring bath in Shirahama. Although it is late when staying, the unopened sea view is still very exciting.
Hotel location close to the bus station only 5-7mins by walk, there is one supermarket nearby the hotel, really convience. For my reservation included dinner and breakfast buffet, buffet provided a lot of food choice and free drinks, the food quality was unexpected than I thought, food taste was good. Onsen was perfect, but only 2 onsens available, and one of the onsen size smaller than another, need to wait until morning to change the onsen from ladies to men, but overall was awesome. Night time can enjoy the massage chair, karaoke, comic room etc. ,the facilities was well prepared after dinner or onsen to enjoy it. Overall score was over my expectation, strongly recommend to choose this hotel.
The outdoor foaming soup pool facing the Pacific Ocean is characterized by its early and late, sea and sky. There are seafood in the morning and evening, and the amount is delicious.
The hotel is very close to the thousand-fold spot, and it is more than ten minutes walk, which is suitable for after-dinner sports.
