In the early Qing Dynasty, many government servants lived here, and the uniform clothes they wore were black clothes, called soap color. So some people called them soap service, and their place of residence was called "Zaorexiang". Later, the homophony became "Kitchen Lane". Kitchen Alley is located in the eastern part of the old urban area of Ganzhou City. It is one of the six streets of Ganzhou in the Song Dynasty. Lane length 218 meters, irregular path.
