Yaowan Ancient Town is a thousand-year-old town on the Grand Canal. It is one of the sections of the World Cultural Heritage of the Grand Canal declared by China. But its fame is far less than those of the ancient towns in the south of the Yangtze River. In addition, we arrived early, and there were few tourists in the town. The scenic spots in the town that had to buy tickets were also unattended. The characteristics of the residential houses that entered the town by themselves are northern, broad and heroic, which is totally different from the style of the ancient towns in the south of the Yangtze River.
