Elephant Trunk Mountain, formerly known as Lishan Mountain, is located at the confluence of Taohua River and Lijiang River in Guilin City, Guangxi District. It is named for its resemblance to a giant elephant standing by the river and drinking the Ganquan of Lijiang River. Xiangshan is famous for its magic. Its magic, first of all, is similar in form and spirit, and secondly, it creates a bright moon between nose and leg, which constitutes the "elephant landscape moon" wonder. Shuiyue Cave is close to the riverside and the Lishui River runs through it, such as the floating moon in the water, the falling rocks in the water and the elephant trunk drinking water in the Lijiang River. The scenery is excellent. It has been a tourist attraction since the Tang and Song Dynasties. " The scene is vividly depicted. The first batch of AAAAAA grade scenic spots in China are located at the junction of Binjiang Road, Taohua River and Lijiang River in Guilin City. Buses of No. 2, 23, 16, 57, 58 and 88 can reach them. Covering an area of 118,800 square meters, it belongs to the natural scenic spot of karst landform. It is named for its mountain shape, which resembles a giant elephant drinking River water. As early as the Tang and Song Dynasties, it became a famous tourist attraction with a history of more than 1000 years (1).
