The turning point of history here - Xi'an Incident Memorial Hall, the thirteenth ancient capital of Xi'an, is the Xi'an Incident in addition to the well-known Qin and Tang culture. The Xi'an Incident is one of the most important events in modern Chinese history. As a Chinese who likes history, we still need to have a certain understanding of modern history. Every time we come to Xi'an, we must visit it. According to the online introduction, General Zhang Xueliang's residence is located at 69 Jianguo Road, the residence of General Zhang Xueliang and his family in Xi'an from October 1935 to March 1937. The main building of Zhang Xueliang Mansion is three small buildings on the east, middle and West floors, with the North row bungalow as the connecting room, the military reception room and garage, the South row as the dining hall and the guard room, and the West floor as the western restaurant, with a total area of 7777 square meters. Xilou is the residence and private office of Zhang Xueliang and his family. In that year, the Xi'an Incident was brewing, taking place and peace negotiations were conducted here. Zhang Xueliang's office on the second floor, the living room and the dining room and bedroom on the third floor were restored. The living room vividly reproduced the historical moments of the peace negotiations in Xi'an on December 24, 1936 with a group of silica gel images of Zhou Enlai, Zhang Xueliang, Yang Hucheng, Song Meiling and Song Ziwen. Before the Xi'an Incident, Donglou was the residence of the correspondence and Telecommunications staff of the public administration and the officers stationed in the Northeast of China who came to Shaanxi for official business. After the incident, representatives of the CPC Central Committee Zhou Enlai, Qin Bangxian and Ye Jianying moved into the building to help resolve the Xi'an Incident. The first floor of the East Building restored the residences of Lv Zhengjiao, Song Li and Liu Ding, and the second and third floor of the old site restored the office scene of the CPC representatives from December 17, 1936 to February 1937. Zhang Xueliang's Buick sedan was also restored and displayed in the courtyard. The old site and restored exhibition of Zhang Xueliang's mansion reproduced the original historical features of that year. When we went that day, it rained heavily, but we still couldn't stop our trip. We salute the commemorative sites of the historical watershed of China and the ancestors who laid the foundation for the formation of the Anti-Japanese National United Front.
