Tengwang Pavilion is located on the East Bank of Ganjiang River along the northwest of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It was built in Yonghui, Tang Dynasty (653 A.D.), together with Yueyang Tower, Yueyang Tower, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, and Huanghe Tower, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. During Zhenguan's reign, Li Yuanying, son of Li Yuan, Tang Gaozu and brother of Li Shimin, Taizong of Tang Dynasty, was once crowned Teng King in Tengzhou, Shandong Province. He built an attic in Tengzhou with the name "Tengwang Pavilion" (destroyed). Li Yuanying, later Teng King, was transferred to Dudu of Hongzhou, Jiangnan Province (now southwest Chang of Jiangsu Province). He built the famous "Tengwang Pavilion" because of his yearning for his hometown, Tengzhou. In the early Tang Dynasty poet Wang Bo "Tengwang Pavilion", the poem "Luo The autumn water has the same color as the sky. The Pavilion is a kind of traditional architecture in ancient China. Generally, it is two or more stories, and its main structure is wood. In ancient times, Tengwang Pavilion was regarded as auspicious geomantic architecture, and it is also the place where classics and books are stored. After Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, defeated Chen Youyou-you in the battle of Poyang Lake, he once set up banquet pavilions and ordered ministers and literati to write poems and watch the lights. Tengwang Pavilion has been built and destroyed repeatedly. It has been repaired 28 times. The 29th reconstruction of Tengwang Pavilion was successfully completed on October 8, 1989, on the Double Ninth Festival. The main building is 57.5 meters high. All tiles are made of Yixing blue glazed tiles, with a total of 9 floors, imitating the Song style, and standing on the Yangtze River.
