The Ho Dong Library is a public library which was purchased as a villa by Sir Ho Dong, a wealthy gentleman in Hong Kong in 1918. After He Dong died of illness, he built it into a public library according to his will. The library is divided into old and new districts. The main building of the old district is a garden-style building. The main color of the building is bright and generous goose yellow, decorated with white lines. It looks simple and elegant. The old building is famous for its collection of Chinese classical literature and books. Through the beautiful backyard is the new building built in 2005. It is also the largest library building in Macao. It has a large collection of books, advanced facilities, a leisure in the garden, and free wifi. It's just that we didn't open the door when we arrived.
