A bronze statue of Tsar Alexander II, who ruled Finland during the Russian Emperor's reign in 1894, is erected in the centre of the Parliament Square. It's a must for many tourists. There are many seagulls in the square. They are silly and have no neck. It's fun to be white and clean. To the east of the square is Helsinki University, one of the world's most prestigious universities, and to the north is Helsinki Cathedral.
