Qingdao Museum of Civil Customs was established in 1996. It is located in the Tianhou Palace of Qingdao, No. 19 Taiping Road, Qingdao. The house is a brick-and-wood structure complex built in Chenghua of Ming Dynasty for three years (1467). It has a history of nearly 540 years and covers an area of 3400m2. It is a well-known humanistic landscape integrating folk culture, Mazu culture and marine culture. It is now an AA-level tourist attraction of the National Tourism Bureau and a city-level tourist attraction. Cultural relics protection units are open to the outside world all the year round.
