It feels like the lowest-key presidential palace I've ever seen. The cream-yellow exterior wall is facing the wharf. The open-air market is just across the street in front of it, so there should be a lot of noise in the presidential palace. It's not very conspicuous in the middle of the red and white churches, but it's still identifiable with the national flag on it. It doesn't feel big inside, but if you can't get in, just pass by.
