Heilongjiang Provincial Museum The Heilongjiang Provincial Museum (National Grade I Protected Building) is located at No. 50 Hongjun Street, Nangang District, Harbin City. Founded in 1906, Moscow Mall was one of the earliest malls in Harbin. Its brick and wood structure is a typical Nobel Art Nouveau style. It is another major building in the Central Plaza after the Nikolai Church. In 1922, it was changed to the Museum of the East Special Administrative Region. Since 1953, as a comprehensive museum in Heilongjiang Province, it has been used up to now. Museum, the eternal landmark building in Harbin, is like a centenarian who has gone through vicissitudes of life, witnessing the historical changes of Harbin.
