Ningbo Dongqian Lake (also known as Wanjin Lake) is the largest natural freshwater lake in Zhejiang Province, which is praised by Mr. Guo Moruo as "the scenery of West Lake, the spirit of Taihu Lake". It consists of millet lake, Meihu lake and outer lake. Famous scenic spots include Fuquan Mountain, Taogong Island (the more doctor Fan Ligong retired from Xishi to live in seclusion and fishing here), Yuewang Temple, Yu Xiang Bookstore and so on. Dongqianhu does not accept admission tickets, but there are some separate scenic spots such as Xiaohuxin scenic spot (Xiaoputuo scenic spot) for 30 yuan; boat ticket for 20 yuan; Taogong Island for 20 yuan; Fuquan Mountain for 25 yuan, 15 yuan per person (adult); Nansong time park for 55 yuan, battery car for 10 yuan. Dongqian Lake covers a wide area. Many tourists choose to rent bicycles and ride around the lake for sightseeing or speedboats, fishing, camping and so on. Little Putuo, as a long levee in the lake, is a popular scenic spot in Dongqian Lake. There are large tea fields on Fuquan Mountain in the south of Huanhu East Road. Tea can be tasted at the tea farms above.
