The Dubai Tower, together with its surrounding supporting projects, has invested more than $2 billion. Below the 37th floor of the Dubai Tower is a hotel, with 45 to 108 floors serving as apartments. The 124th floor is an observation deck overlooking Dubai. There are 1000 luxury apartments in the building, and the surrounding supporting projects include: Old Town, Dubai MALL, as well as supporting hotel, residential, apartment, business center and other projects.
