The Arc de Triomphe in Paris, located on the island in the centre of Charles de Gaulle Square in Paris, is one of the symbolic buildings of Paris, at the west end of Champs Elysees Street. The Arc de Triomphe in Paris is the largest of more than 100 triumphal gates in Europe. This magnificent building was built to commemorate Napoleon's defeat of the Russian and Austrian allies in the Battle of Ostritz in December 1805. The 12 avenues are centered around the Arc de Triomphe and radiate around with great momentum and starlight. Visitors can also take the elevator or climb stairs to the museum at the top of the Arc de Triomphe, which displays pictures and historical documents of the Architectural History of the Arc de Triomphe, as well as pictures of Napoleon's life. On the platform of the museum, we can enjoy the magnificent scenery of Paris, the bustling Champs Elysees Avenue, the magnificent Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame de Paris and the Church of Sacred Heart along the Seine.
