Osaka City Oriental Ceramic Art Museum, founded in 1982, is a famous Ceramic Museum in Osaka City, Japan. It is famous for its collection of ceramics from China and Korea. Because of the strong support of people from all walks of life, especially the important donation of Anzhai Collection, which includes more than 1,000 pieces of collections from China and Korea, the Osaka Municipal Government has moved to build a new Dongyang Ceramic Art Museum for special exhibition. Over the past three decades, museums have been expanding their collections and gradually ranking in the forefront of similar museums in the world.
The museum is located in a lovely Park in central Osaka. It is very beautiful and quiet. The ceramics from China, Japan and Korea are very delicate. There's a small restaurant that serves delicious food and admirable service. If you are tired of the noisy crowds in other parts of the city, I would strongly recommend visiting this museum.
