Star Bay Bridge was opened at the end of October 2015. It took four years to complete the opening of the bridge in Dalian. To a certain extent, it eased the congestion of Zhongshan Road and May 1 Road. More importantly, it added a landscape to this coastal city. The cross-sea bridge spans Huangpu Road and connects Xuezi Street and Qixian East Road. The upper and lower floors are one-way four lanes, with a total length of about 6 kilometers. It offers a panoramic view of the whole Xinghai Bay and Xinghai Square, and provides a brand-new angle for visitors to appreciate Dalian. If you want to appreciate the sea-crossing bridge, there are basically two kinds: driving and walking. But the bridge is not allowed to drive too slowly. If you drive, you can only watch the flowers on horseback, but you can not appreciate them carefully and have no chance to take photos. So it is suggested that you should go hiking. On the bridge, the East can climb the bridge from Lianhuashan Tunnel and Fujiazhuang, while the west can only take Qixian East Road. The two sides of the bridge are more than 1 meter wide pedestrian roads, overlooking the whole Xinghai Square on the North side, and facing the sea on the South side. The scenery is different, and tourists need to choose. It's a good choice to watch the sunrise and sunset on the bridge in the morning and evening. In the morning, the sea fog is hazy and the morning light is dim. It's really a good thing to watch the red sun rising slowly from the sea level. With such beautiful scenery, we begin our day's journey. In the evening sunset, although the sun can not be seen to set back to sea level, but sunset west mountain, seagulls take off, so beautiful scenery, in this noisy city is also rare.
The Xinghai Bay Bridge is 6800 meters long. It is a sea-crossing bridge, which facilitates transportation and is also a great landscape. Particularly good is that the north and south sides of the bridge have been built pavements, pedestrians can walk throughout the sightseeing. This design is very human and convenient for pedestrians.
In the past, I took pride in hiking along the coastal road and was able to enjoy myself physically and mentally. Now the bridge across the sea is open, and it is doubly pleasant to see from afar or to drive on foot. Looking at the bridge from different angles, looking at Dalian on the bridge and Xinghai Square, the cross-sea bridge is undoubtedly the landmark scene of romantic Dalian.
Xinghai Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge is the first sea-anchored suspension bridge in China and the longest sea-Crossing Bridge in Northeast China. The bridge was officially opened on October 30, 2015. Apart from relieving the traffic pressure in eastern and Western Dalian, the bridge body is one kilometer away from the Centennial city carving and parallel to the coastline of Xinghai Square. It is the longest sea-Crossing Bridge in Northeast China. The Xinghai Park has a wonderful panoramic view. The sea-crossing bridge is about 6 kilometers in length and 820 meters in main bridge. It takes about 2 hours to walk. It should be noted that there is no toilet in the middle of the bridge. The sea breeze on the bridge deck is large, so we must pay attention to keeping warm.
First of all, there should be no fear of heights, and secondly, not to drink too much water, so as not to go to the toilet. I was walking from east to west of Lianhuashan Tunnel. On that day, I had poor visibility. Looking at the shore from afar, I said it was six kilometers. According to my estimation, it took about 70 minutes to walk. In winter, the wind was strong and slightly cold, I should pay attention to wearing it.
From dusk to nightfall, three hours later, after walking the Xinghai Bay Bridge, the most beautiful scenery period, you can see the sunset on the bridge, after nightfall, you can overlook the neon lights of the whole city of Dalian, but it takes a lot of physical strength to complete the journey.
Driving to and from must go, go back to the south when walking to the North side, so that both sides of the scenery can be seen, but the need to take a longer route, about 15 kilometers, about two and a half hours. You can also walk half the way back, just feel the feeling of looking at the sea on the bridge.
