Thanks to Trang's quick response, I had a great time. The rest stop along the way was poorly maintained, with only restrooms available (3,000 VND). The sleeper bus... The way to Sapa was awfully smelly, but the return trip was pleasant. Sapa is worth visiting again, and this tour is worth repeating.

Pros: Easy to book, the bus arrives on time and at the right place. The appointment at T2 Noi Bai International will arrive 30-40 minutes after the actual departure time, for example, if you book at 10:30 PM, you will arrive at 11:00 PM - 11:10 PM. Cons: The bus is quite old, the bed and curtains are not very clean.

Once you make a reservation, you can communicate via KakaoTalk without any issues. My schedule changed four times, so I had to change the time, but they handled the changes without any issues. After making a reservation, you can call the airport or motel from your desired location, and they'll pick you up and drop you off at your desired location in Sapa, which is convenient.

The trip went well, everything was on time, and there were no delays. We arrived in Sapa around four-thirty, so we could have stayed on the bus until six. The charging port in my seat didn't work, so they moved me to another seat (but luckily there were empty seats).


