We had an amazing experience on the Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge & Banff Day Tour! Every stop felt like stepping into a postcard — from the frozen beauty of Lake Louise to the peaceful scenery of Emerald Lake and the icy trails of Johnston Canyon. Even in winter, the views were absolutely breathtaking. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Kenneth, who was truly awesome. He was knowledgeable, organized, and made the entire day feel relaxed and enjoyable. He shared interesting stories along the way, managed the schedule smoothly, and even took great photos for us — which made the experience even more memorable! The pacing was perfect — enough time to explore and take photos without ever feeling rushed. This tour is a wonderful way to see some of the Canadian Rockies’ most iconic spots in one day, especially if it’s your first visit. Highly recommended!★

It was perfect! Sammy was cheerful and informative, really kind and patient and really care for us! He was kind and gentle to us the whole time and made the trip enjoyable with his loaded knowledge about the area and being really joyful. He allowed us to venture on our own in the areas and for hiking in Johnston Canyon and walking on Lake Louise / Emerald Lake in winter, he gave us crampons / ice cleats to make our hike / walk safe and enjoyable and stress free. Overall a very manageable itinerary that hit the necessary spots in Banff and was a very delightful tour. Thank you Sammy!★

We had an incredible tour with Bally! Even though the weather wasn’t the friendliest or warmest, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Bally is very engaging and makes every step of the trip fun and special. He has a natural gift for connecting with people—within minutes, it felt like we were exploring with a good friend rather than a guide. He goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a typical tour. With him, it’s not just an activity to check off your itinerary; it becomes a memorable experience in itself. You can genuinely feel how much he loves what he does, and that passion makes the tour even more special.
