We had an amazing experience on the Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge & Banff Day Tour! Every stop felt like stepping into a postcard — from the frozen beauty of Lake Louise to the peaceful scenery of Emerald Lake and the icy trails of Johnston Canyon. Even in winter, the views were absolutely breathtaking. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Kenneth, who was truly awesome. He was knowledgeable, organized, and made the entire day feel relaxed and enjoyable. He shared interesting stories along the way, managed the schedule smoothly, and even took great photos for us — which made the experience even more memorable! The pacing was perfect — enough time to explore and take photos without ever feeling rushed. This tour is a wonderful way to see some of the Canadian Rockies’ most iconic spots in one day, especially if it’s your first visit. Highly recommended!★

The activities were as expected due to weather conditions at this time of year and the volume of visitors. Despite this we were able to achieve everything on the itinerary due to our experienced and knowledgable guide Chris. We had an incredible tour with Bally! Even though the weather wasn’t the friendliest or warmest, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Bally is very engaging and makes every step of the trip fun and special. He has a natural gift for connecting with people—within minutes, it felt like we were exploring with a good friend rather than a guide. He goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a typical tour. With him, it’s not just an activity to check off your itinerary; it becomes a memorable experience in itself. You can genuinely feel how much he loves what he does, and that passion makes the tour even more special.
