트루아 리비에르 인 (Inns)

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

We've had the pleasure of staying here 7 times from July 2019 to this week (late May 2021). The staff, facilities, price, and comfort keep us coming back. We've enjoyed the hotel pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. Service has always been excellent and meeting safety standards. We've also enjoyed the gym and pool. Went to this hotel upon recommendation from a travel blog plus Trip Advisor reviews as a good place to stop on the road between Montreal and Quebec City. Had it been in summer maybe this hotel would have been a good choice in order to relax along the river but on a cool wet October day the location was not at all convenient to partake in food and shopping options in Trois Rivieres. We would have been better off staying in one of the larger hotels in the center of town. But location is not the reason for the poor review. Don't get me wrong the hotel staff were very nice and friendly and they even offered to switch our room when we realized we would have to climb a winding staircase with our bags to get to the room we reserved. The reason for the poor review was the room itself. The decor of the first floor room that they gave us was very dated and in need of renovation but the real issue was the bathroom shower. There was mildew and mold all along the caulking between the shower floor and the wall tiles and the grout along the shower wall tiles were dark and dirty. Looked like they hadn't been bleached and scrubbed in years and the bathroom had a mildew smell.

전반적으로 좋은 경험. 침대와 방은 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 사이트에있는 사람은 좋았습니다. 좋은 품질로 아주 좋은 아침 식사. 우리는 친구들에게 추천 할 것입니다. 고속도로와 가깝기 때문에 위치가 좋습니다.
