B2 부티크 호텔 + 스파(B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa)

Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

Arrived in Zurich and stayed here on our first night as we got situated for our two week trip. Upon checking in, everyone was overwhelmingly friendly with nothing but great energy and positive vibes. Hairo (spelling?) at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly helpful in getting us to the train station the next morning, arranging the taxi for us and letting us know what platform we needed to use. The hotel design was great. The library had a great atmosphere and is the setting for breakfast. The room was solid and functional for a one night stay. The spa was a great way to ease into our trip with multiple pools and saunas. Overall, it was a relaxed and trendy vibe but not too cool. The hotel was a little further removed from the city center, but for the first night that’s exactly what we wanted. It was still very close walking distance to a handful of food options and a local train station. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend. Would love to return.

Hotel in zona molto tranquilla a fianco di una delle sedi di Google a Zurigo. Ricavato sulle ceneri di un vecchio birrificio del quale alcune macchine sono conservate a fianco della reception. Personale molto affabile e disponibile alla reception. Hall ampia e aperta verso una magnifica libreria utilizzata come sala colazione e bar/ristorante durante il giorno. Struttura imponente ristrutturata e arredata sapientemente. Camera ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort con doccia a vista, particolare non sempre gradito. Minibar ben fornito (anche con la birra prodotta in passato in questa struttura) e gratuito. Colazione con prodotti di qualità anche se con qualche problemino di pulizia dei piatti a disposizione. Disponibile parcheggio a pagamento con valet parking a 35 CHF anche se con una gestione non molto flessibile se si avesse necessità di prelevare qualcosa dimenticato in macchina. Costo impegnativo ma in linea con quanto offerto dalla città

Check in staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. said they would make the changes I'd requested to my room and I could have a drink at the bar while they sorted it all out. very professional and capable. My room was a little on the small side for the price but the rest of the experience there was fantastic

Nous avons été ravis de ce deuxième séjour au B2 et de toutes les attentions charmantes de l’équipe pour mon anniversaire et le marathon qu’a couru mon mari. L’hitel est original et superbement décoré mais la qualité de l’équipe fait vraiment la différence comme le restaurant en service continu qui permet de prendre son temps et de destresser complètement de nos vies trépidantes !

Très bon séjour en famille, chambre très grande et confortable, également très bien équipée. Boutique/librairie hôtel avec beaucoup de caché et une bonne situation proche de la gare zvv/sbb, personnel très sympathique et jeune. Mention spéciale pour le Spa, au top !

Excellente situation, à 5 min de la sortie autoroute. Accueil parfait par un personnel jeune mais compétent et sympathique. Bâtiment magnifique et parfaitement remis en valeur avec superbe SPA et piscine. Chambre et petit déjeuner top. Je recommande.

This is an exceptional hotel. The setting, the decor and all the facilities are excellent and the staff are all friendly, well trained and efficient. Breakfasts are delicious and healthy. Location is fantastic. We loved our time at the pool and spa area. This was our first visit and we will be back!

Modern but cosy city stay! We were 2 days in Zurich to see the city but ended up also spending some time in the spa and take half a day just to relax, it is located inside the same building! What a find and an amazing relaxing touch to a city hotel. We loved the library vibe of the lobby/restaurant and the helpful staff! Would definitely stay there again!
