제가르텐 스위스 퀄리티 호텔(Boutique Hotel Seegarten)

레스토랑은 문을 열지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 내가 상상했던 것만큼 좋지 않았고 확실히 온라인에서 본 것과도 달랐습니다. 방이 너무 따뜻해서 선풍기를 못들었어요. 아침에는 더 ​​시원할 때 난방이 되지 않아 방이 매우 추웠습니다. 방은 매우 작고 낡았습니다. 룸서비스가 없습니다. 카운터의 신사는 항상 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었지만 매우 좋았습니다. 나는 아마 여기에 다시 머물지 않을 것입니다.

This hotel is wonderful and went above our expectations. The rooms are very clean with fluffy comfortable beds. The shower was great with hot water and good pressure. We opened our windows every night and the surrounding area was quiet. Buffet breakfast was excellent with breads, jams, cereal, cheeses, meats, and more. Ideal location with an easy walk to trains and trams and the ability to walk to most of the city sights. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again as the staff was lovely, especially Kristin.  She made our stay comfortable and fun.

A very comfortable and perfectly situated hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are basic in the positive meaning. All you need is there and the bed is perfect. From the hotel it is only a few minutes to the Zurich lake. A recommendation !!

Ideal for a short stay to seek out the gems of Zurich. The breakfast could have included some fresh fruits, fried eggs on request. Overall a very comfortable stay, close to an HBB Station which is a 9 minute walk from the Hotel and 23, minutes to Zurich Airport.

We had a lovely 3 nights in Zurich at Hotel Seegarten! Reception was very nice. Location is quiet and close to transit. Definitely get a transit pass if you will be there more than 3 days. Fish key rings are adorable. They have a clever little system for room keys. Elevator is teeny tiny, but it’s an old building, and it gets the job done. Steps wind around and I’m not great with that so elevator it was! Room was nice. Fresh fruit welcomed us. They have a fridge & mini bar. No air conditioning though. There was a fan, but that didn’t do much. The bed was very comfortable but I think the mattress holds heat and there was no top sheet - just a duvet and coverlet. I was terribly hot every night. I tried having the window open, but you also need the curtains closed - so it was stuffy at night. Breakfast was good. Coffee is served with foamed milk - very good. Lots of interesting food options served. No cooked food, though. We usually had croissants and yogurt. Mimosas on the weekend! We’re too tired to get dinner so we got 2 tarte flambés and they were delicious and delivered to our room! Would definitely stay there again!

Small boutique hotel with lovely staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent with super cheeses and meats, smooth cappuccinos to kick off your day, fresh fruit and yogurts and nice breads and croissants. Being October it was a bit chill in the early morning to sit on the very pleasant veranda but we were able to do that in the afternoon. We traveled as a family group and the hotel was able to meet all our room size needs accordingly. I had a single room which was perfect for me, a very comfortable 3/4 size double or 'full' as some say but larger than a standard single. A cozy chair to sit and read in plus a window that actually opened to let in the clean mountain air. The shower was very good with impressive water pressure and hot water readily available no matter the time. The room was well lit and had decent reading lights at the bed. One of my sisters was right next door with her husband in a very large and comfortable double. The other sister and her partner were in the Attic which is set up like a cool loft. Nice big bed, sofa, large bathtub in the bathroom. This room worked well for all of us to meet up in for a glass of wine after dinner. The location is superb, easy to walk to the river, parks, old town, tram etc. Yet quiet in the evening for sleep. Make sure you advise reception prior if your flight gets in late at night so they can make arrangements to let you in. Many of the smaller Swiss hotels don't have 24 reception but will have a smooth work around to get you in the first night. I would definitely stay at this hotel again as the staff was lovely and made our stay lovely and fun. They were super on directions and advice on trams and restaurants.

Excellent staff. Lovely breakfast. Nice size room.. lovely breeze in the room and a fan considering there is no air conditioning.

Nice clean hotel. Room was a decent size, however, bathroom was very small. The shower was the size of a telephone booth. No AC but got a nice breeze from window. Weather was not hot when we were there. Breakfast buffet was okay. Nothing hot. Good location near tram stops. Parking garage was close to hotel.

City centre is just 5 min walk, lake is 3 minutes from hotel. I want to add something. Just imagine, my family and I checked out from the hotel and we are on a train, heading to Paris. My phone rang and receptionist from the Seegarden is telling me that I forgot passports in the safe deposit box. You can imagine how I felt at the moment, having in mind that we need passports urgently. I was out of myself but receptionist from Seegarden is telling me: Dont worry Sir, we will send it to you via DHL to Paris and you will get your passports early in the morning. When I woke up, receptionist from the hotel in Paris told me that passports arrived and not just that!! Seegarden paid DHL expences in total amount of 150€!!!!! Seegarden is not just a hotel, Seegarden is a symbol for extraordinary service!
