Very beautiful hotel, staff are super friendly everything was perfect, except the gym which was very small and unequipped

挺好的，還送了我們兩個帽子，mini bar的飲品也比較豐富，樓上樓下還有餐廳，尤其喜歡他們家的床，睡起來非常軟！

The staff made you feel like you were asking a favor. We asked for a 12:30/1:00 checkout and they said absolutely not with the same tone of displeasure. The curtains were broken in the bedroom. Turndown surface was sloppy.

Just the best experience - staff was attentive, courteous, and full of hospitality. Hotel was pristine and love the waterfall shower in our bath. Restaurants were first class and delicious. Lake Zurich simply across the street for wonderful views and lakeside strolls. We can’t wait to come back.

The room was small and very crowded at night I can't Sleep the hotel no facilities all restaurant was busy no spa also only the room view and staff was friendly and helpful the view was fantastic and lovely the breakfast was too much price thabk you

Really original, loved the modern classic deco, the restaurant at the top, and the views. The suite lacks a desk, with plugs to charge devices in the living room. Very attentive hallporters and front desk. The location is perfect and it gives you a sense of being at your own apartment in Zurich in front of the lake. Delicious chocolate on arrival as a perfect swiss welcome. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Thank you !

Warm and efficient reception. Room while not large, is well appointed, comfortable bed and linens. Windows functional. Breakfast service was great. All workers were professional and friendly. Hotel seemed clean and well run, top to bottom.

La Reserve Eden au Lac Zurich is a beautiful, newly renovated hotel with an excellent staff. The only wish I had was for more space in my room. We reserved the junior suite with a balcony, expecting a sitting area. Space is expensive in Zurich, and although the bathroom was spacious and gorgeous (that marble sink was awesome) the word "suite" was not accurate. However, if you want a place with a contemporary decor, excellent service and impressive restaurants, I would highly recommend this hotel. The view of the lake is superb, and it is close to the city center.

Stayed here for 2 nights and, overall, the hotel was very good. Has a boutique feeling to it on checking in. Reception staff all helpful and charming but not a "grand hotel" which was not a problem. Car valet and parking service and location is right alongside the lake and a 5 minute walk from the old town. Modern decor and amenities but lacked a library or reading area (at least we could not find it). There is the ground floor Eden Bar which was fine although quite stark. DJ on Saturday nights and Sunday early afternoon. The only disappointment to us was the room. We went for a Deluxe City and ended up on the 4th floor in room 47. In terms of amenities the room was absolutely fine - King size bed with quality linen, decent shower and branded shower gel etc. The problem was there was no sofa or arm chairs so we were confined to reading on our beds and the bathroom / corridor, had one sink so only one of us could access the sink at any one time. There was a small outside deck with chairs and a table which would have been good in the summer but it was -4 when we stayed. The website advertises these rooms as "1 Queen- or King-size bed, 269 to 355 sq ft 25 to 33 m2 and couch - in almost all rooms". Probably the luck of the draw - great to have the King size bed but unlucky to have no sofa or double sink bathroom. On Sunday night we ate at La Muna on the top floor and would definitely recommend that. Charming staff and very good food in a good atmosphere, we really enjoyed that. Took a look at the gym which was clean and modern although not particularly large so not all CV equipment might be available early in the morning. I would definitely return although would want to de-risk the room issue with going for a higher category. The room size was a downside for us on this trip but everything else was very good.
