취리히 Casa da Ana Zurique 근처 호텔

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn und mit dem Bus (gegenüber) ist mal relativ schnell in der City. Parkplätze sind an der linken sowie der rechten Seite des Hotels (aus meiner Sicht) ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lobby ist relativ klein gehalten, teilt sich aber auch die Räumlichkeiten mit dem Restaurant ”Boom”, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen werden kann. Die Zimmer sind zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das WLAN ist für ein Hotel dieser Klasse erstaunlich schnell. Zwar gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber wenn man die Zimmer mit Aussicht zur Straße / Tankstelle nimmt, ist es im Hochsommer nicht zu heiß. Auch sollte man nicht das oberste Stockwerk nehmen. Zimmer am Ende des Ganges sind ruhiger. Im (schnell reagierenden) TV finden sich genug Kanäle für jeden Geschmack. Es gibt in den Zimmern einen kleinen Arbeitsbereich mit einigen Steckdosen und Platz für Notebook und ein paar Unterlagen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und kann weiterführende Informationen geben. Auch kann man Tickets für den ÖPNV erwerben. Frühstück ist ab ca. 5:30 Uhr (unter der Woche) möglich. Ich empfand das Zimmer als relativ ruhig. Selbst von der Straße bekam man am späteren Abend kaum noch etwas mit, so daß ich wunderbar mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis her ist das Hotel -gerade im Raum Zürich- sehr günstig.

This is a lovely hotel with great views and nice rooms. The reception staff are excellent. It is a shame though that the restaurant staff are a bit inflexible in a Swiss kind of way. There is a mix of customer service. If you deal with the normal staff there’s an ‘attitude’ like ‘we are doing you a favour being here’ After Covid-19 when the hospitality industry was shut down it surprises me that there is no consideration for customers who are staying at the hotel. The mood changes when the maitre’d comes out and deals with people at the entrance. It is smooth, no attitude. There is a problem in Switzerland with the standard of customer service. Maybe it needs Gordon Ramsay to visit to give your people a massive boot up the bum. Either take the comments below on-board. Or just stick with what you’ve always done.

Google 지도와 trip.com에서 부정적인 댓글을 읽었고, 무슨 일이 일어날지 모른다는 두려움이 나를 엄습했습니다. 그러나 운명에 따라 나의 두려움은 부당했습니다. 호텔 또는 오히려 서비스 아파트는 즐거운 놀라움으로 판명되었고 내 기대를 뛰어 넘었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었고 너무 초라하지도 않았습니다. 히터가 완벽하게 작동했는데, 취리히의 추운 2월이었기 때문에 다행이었습니다. 그들은 기본적인 호텔 객실에서 기대할 수 있는 모든 것을 갖추고 있었습니다. 하지만 주의 사항이 있습니다. 숙박을 예약한 후 이메일을 꼭 확인하세요. 호텔에서는 확인 메시지가 아닌 비밀번호와 객실 번호가 포함된 메시지를 받게 됩니다. 이 정보가 없으면 전화를 받거나 체크인을 도와줄 사람이 아무도 없어 문 밖에 발이 묶일 수도 있습니다. 날 믿어; 저는 추위 속에 소외되어 미친 듯이 Trip.com에 도움을 구하는 기분이 어떤지 압니다. 게다가 짐이 많다면 지상층이나 1층 방을 구하시는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다. 안타깝게도 건물에는 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 하지만 이곳이 취리히에서 가장 저렴한 숙소 중 하나라는 사실을 잊지 마세요. 그렇다면 누가 현실적으로 고급 편의 시설과 최고 수준의 서비스를 기대할 수 있겠습니까? 전체적으로 Swiss Star California는 기분 좋은 놀라움이자 가격 대비 훌륭한 가치를 지닌 곳임이 입증되었습니다.

나는 평생 그렇게 실망한 적이 없습니다. 오늘은 취리히의 5시에 체크인하는 크리스마스 이브이기도 합니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 우리 수하물이나 차량 발렛을 도와줄 사람이 없었습니다. 그래서 우리는 건물 앞에서 차를 몰고 공영 주차장에 주차하기로 진행했습니다. 우리는 세 개의 수하물 가방과 우리 휴대품을 언덕 위로 들고 로비까지 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 쭉 내가 이미 건물과 리셉션 데스크에 있었던 후. 체크인 후 우리는 우리 방으로 진행했고 긴 하루의 여행 후 샤워를 하러 갔고 샤워가 배수되지 않고 욕실이 범람하는 것을 발견했습니다. 그래서 우리는 전화를 걸어 누군가를 보내라고 말했습니다. 약 45분 후 세 번의 전화가 마침내 누군가가 도착했습니다. 15분 동안 배수구를 엉망으로 만든 후 그들은 우리에게 새 방이 필요하다고 말했습니다. 그래서 이제 우리는 누군가가 와서 그들이 요청한대로 우리를 새 방으로 데려갈 때까지 기다려야합니다. 그들은 이미 방 / 욕실을 체크 아웃했고 모든 것이 괜찮다고 말했습니다. 그렇지 않았습니다. 이번에는 샤워 헤드가 천장 전체에 물을 뿌리고 있었고 물론 이제 그들은 우리를 다시 새 방으로 옮겨야합니다. 이 모든 것이 약 3시간이 걸렸고 우리의 밤과 크리스마스 이브를 완전히 낭비했습니다. 이 모든 후에 그들은 적어도 우리에게 저녁 식사를 사거나 더 나은 방에 우리를 넣을 것이라고 기대하지만 아무것도 없었습니다. 크리스마스 이브에이 끔찍한 불편에 대해 프론트 데스크에서 미안하지도 않습니다. 그들은 마침내 그들이 우리에게 준 방에는 약혼자가 마침내 3 층 방에서 샤워 할 수있는 컨디셔너 나 드라이어 콘센트조차 없었습니다.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that despite booking a twin room (I was traveling with my mother) that no such rooms were available. The receptionist was very curt and really did not seem to care whatsoever - a very ”not my problem” attitude. While serving us he was extremely rude to another guest who tried to check in who had realized that we were first in line. Overall, it was certainly not a welcoming experience. Later that day, I received an email from Expedia asking about our check in experience and I submitted my honest feedback. Later that evening, I received a call from the receptionist asking about our stay because ”I read many things” meaning he had read my check in review. It was an extremely unprofessional, threatening and passive aggressive act of intimidation that only served to encourage me to write this review and post it on as many websites as possible. Not only would I never stay in this hotel again, I would never stay in any hotel by Fassbind (the parent company) if this is the sort of staff they hire and train. In addition to our very poor staff experience, the hotel overall (though in a great location with nicely designed rooms) is very small and cramped (as are the rooms). The lobby is also the breakfast room and you can barely move around or get your items out of the elevator. The bathroom shower drain is directly in the bathroom floor and water gets everywhere. The AC us extremely weak even though we had it full blast. And other than the germ pot chocolate fountain in the lobby (which was never covered during our stay) there was not a single chocolate offered at checkin, checkout or awaiting us in the room - really quite laughable due to the name of this hotel. All in all, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and DO NOT recommend whatsoever.

H +는 편안하고 현대적이며 잘 설계된 호텔로 기본적으로 필요하고 기대하는 것입니다. 직원들은 전문적이고 친절하며 도움이됩니다. 위치는 도심이 아닌 허용되므로 품질에 비해 비용이 적습니다. 트램 시내가 바로 바깥에 있습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다. 우리가 좋아하는 것; • OK 공간을 갖춘 편안하고 깨끗한 방 (우리는 킹 사이즈를 선택하게되어 기쁩니다) • 표준 편의 시설을 갖춘 멋진 욕실 • 창문이 닫히고 매우 조용합니다. 거리를 향해 열리면 트램과 교통 소리가 들립니다. • 아주 좋은 아침 식사 훌륭한 스위스 제품 • OK 기본 저녁 바 / 스낵 서비스 우리가 덜 좋아하는 것; • 다소 번거로운 와이파이 액세스 (작동했지만) • 뒤에 pinched 깨진 변기 (! 우리가 마지막 날 만 비교했기 때문에 우리가 머무는 동안 고정되지 않았습니다. 이상한 우리는 이것을 스스로보고해야했습니다. • 가난한 오래된 TV / 케이블, CNN과 같은 여러 채널이 주로 보여주지 않았거나 픽셀화되지 않은 다른 사람들은 다음과 같이 언급했습니다. • 방에 냉장고가 없습니다 • 일요일에는 길 건너편에있는 경기장에서 큰 지역 축구 경기가있었습니다. 경기가 끝날 무렵 2 시간 이상 트램 서비스가 중단되었습니다. 호텔은 손님에게 알릴 수있었습니다. 우리는 많은 시간을 낭비 한 다음 택시 • 사우나 / 건강 영역을 이용할 수 있습니다. 시도하지 않았습니다. 모두 우리는 도착, 환영 및 마지막 날보다 좋은 첫날을 좋아했습니다.

Very nicely maintained hotel in a central location in Thun. Recently stayed a couple of nights in this location and found the hotel to be very well maintained, rooms were clean and less than ten minutes walk to the train station. Location made it quick to walk to train/ferry station to take a very enjoyable ferry ride ride on Lake Thun to then enjoy a day in Interlaken and then the train ride back. Staff that we encountered were great and very helpful answering questions. Highly recommend!

I was there for 2 days, from 9 to 11 May, I was there together with my wife. The Hotel is quite good .Admittedly we waited a while to check-in, a lot of guests just arrived , but after that everything was fine, great service at the reception , we were by car ,the lady from the front desk showed us how to get to the parking lot. The room was small but pleasant and clean, breakfast good, staff very good. If Im ever in Zurych definitely come there back.

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.
