객실은 리노베이션되었습니다. 방음은 괜찮습니다. 복도에서 큰 소리로 이야기하거나 정원에서 소리를 지르면 3층에서도 소리가 들립니다. 하지만 4일간 머무는 동안 두 번밖에 일어나지 않아서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 객실과 층은 금연 구역이어서 좋습니다. 온수 수압은 안정적입니다. 샤워 배수구에 파리가 몇 마리 있었지만 결국 죽어서 신경 쓰이지 않았습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 TV에 TVB와 Pearl 채널이 있다는 것입니다. 베개는 부드럽고 고르기 어렵습니다. 무료 세탁실이 있습니다. 5~10분 거리에 쇼핑몰 3곳과 많은 상점/식당/슈퍼마켓 2곳이 있습니다. 호텔에서 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 버스 정류장이 근처에 있습니다. 관광객이라면 매우 편리합니다.

We arrived before the check-in time (11am) thinking to store our luggage at the reception, but the receptionist told us the rooms were ready and was kind enough to check us in early, which was a pleasant surprise :D The rooms were nice and clean, no smell of smoke, stable WiFi connection. The rainfall shower head was a bit leaky, but the regular one works fine. It was a little tricky to get the water to the right temperature, but with some trial and error it's not a big problem. The hotel is located conveniently near the Seven Star Crags (just a tunnel away from the Paifang square), and there are many shops within walking distance. Recommended for travellers visiting Zhaoqing!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Father and I stayed there for four nights. The food at breakfast buffet was excellent. The whole hotel with beautiful garden is very clean and splendid and quiet.

Very good location. It is renewed so the equipment in the room is nice. The service is also friendly and helpful. But the water temperature of the shower head is not stable.

good location ... close to tourist attractions ... lots of choices of different style of dishes nearby good facilities ... good size room ... air con, TV are new & in good condition ...

The location is perfect, close to the Star lake and everything. The room is big and clean, The service is excellent. The price is quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

All the front line services are excellent. They gave out appropriate and correct information. 小英和小微Provided warm hearted services with excellent manner. Even the door guard sent out good concern.

When we checked in on 21 Oct, front desk male staff 阿轩 attended to us. He kindly upgraded our room. He and his female colleague provided excellent service. Hotel room is clean. Location is great. Pedestrian street is next door, 7 star Craig, big shopping mall and supermarket are across the road linked by underpass.

The hotel is located in the city areas. Walking distance from the lake and restaurants. Room is cleaned and WiFi is well received. Friendly staffs are recommended.

The stay was a pleasant surprise! Location are great, it is in the city center lots of shop, very convenient, going to park entrance is a quick boat ride cost RMB15 and take 15 minutes. For those who want to stay near park entrance Wynadam & 漢庭 are the choice but this area is a little quiet. The hotel was just renovated recently so all is new, the room has everything I need, nice and clean, a 3 star standard, also wifi is great! No big & luxury lobby, no swimming pool, no gym; if those are what you want, book Star hotel or Wyndam, but you will pay several hundreds more, your choice. Rest assured the white swan is great if you are looking a comfortable stay. Breakfast is more Chinese style, I find very ok. No toast. For this price and quality received, I rate 10 out of 10.
