Sencillamente FABULOSA!! Este hotel tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. Nuestro cuarto lo compramos con vista al Matterhorn!!! Que acierto tan grande…fue la experiencia más mágica del mundo. También tomamos la media permisión y fue la mejor decisión. La cena y desayunos estaban a otro nivel, riquísimos. El servicio y la amabilidad del personal que aquí trabaja es excepcional, te hacen sentir en casa. Está cerca de todo!! Caminando llegas a todos lados en unos 10 o 15 minutos. Tienen transportación gratuita desde y hacia la estación de trenes. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a este hermosísimo hotel una vez

Tristemente debido a un accidente no pude llegar a hospedarme y aún comprobando y justificando que el motivo fue una emergencia médica el motivo de la cancelación previo a mi llegada no reembolsaron el costó de la estancia.

Quiet property off the main street. Amenities are lacking in room (no slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, kettle). Restaurant has a good dinner variety but average (strange) service.

Nice cottage hotel, clean and spacious for family. The only short coming is the location is far off from the Main Street, 15min walking distance. Hotel provided free shuttle car to pick up and drop off to/from zermatt train station. For drop off, you are required to inform in advance to avoid late rushing for your train schedule as sometime the shuttle could have fully booked during peak season.

A wonderful property with a great breakfast every day to get you started before skiing. Nico at reception was welcoming and helpful, as was the entire staff.

Hotel Jägerhof was wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful. Also every dish we tried in their restaurant was delicious.

Espetacular. Nos deram um upgrade para uma suite enorme com vista para o Matterhorn. Retornaremos a ZERMATT, e hotel Jagerhof sera a nossa escolha.

건물 분위기도 좋고 깨끗하며 직원들도 친절하지만 마테호른을 전망으로 두는 방 치고는 가격대비 별로임. 마테호른 전망을 보려면 최소 3층 이상은 가야함. 시실 꼭대기층을 제외하면 전망은 없다고 봐야함. 산전망을 못 볼거라면 이 가격에 차라리 마을을 내려다보는 전망이 나을듯함.
