팰리스 호텔 잔드보르트(Palace Hotel Zandvoort)

We stayed at the Palace Hotel for 3 nights during the Luminosity festival and have no complaints about the hotel at all. The hotel is located right on the beach, with plenty spaces in the secure car park, the reception staff were friendly & helpful, the room was a good size and very clean with an excellent shower. The restaurant/bar area of the hotel is also very clean and tidy and a nice relaxing place to spend some time. Breakfast provides everything you could need, the food was very good with plenty of choice and was never too busy when we were there. We were also very well looked after by the friendly bar staff one evening, sorry I can't remember the names but think the manager was from Bosnia? Their measures were definitely generous! Would we recommend the Palace Hotel? - definitely yes!

We had a little rocky start a Check in. Despite our best efforts to be proactive, reaching our to the Property over a week in advance, regarding a possible early check in, they read the message but never replied. We were stuck having to wait until the extremely strict 3 pm check in time. Having been awake for over 24 hours at that point, it was grueling. We were also told Breakfast was NOT included in our reservation, when infact it was. Communication could be improved. Once we were able to check in, the rest of the stay was quite nice. PROS: The room was immaculate, newly renovated and very clean. The room was adequately stocked with Shampoo, soap, lotion, shower cap, hair dryer & towels. Coffee, hot water (tea) were also available & stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Located right on the beach and a 3 minute walk from the Train station. The town center was about a 7 minute walk and the restaurants, food, stores and PEOPLE are wonderful. CONS: Pillows were ok, but not horrible. Fridge barely kept items cold, more like mildly chilled. The biggest con was the bathroom sink. Whomever designed the layout should be fired. It is impossible to brush teeth, wash face or do anything except wash your hands. The sink vanity is so narrow that the sink is tucked under the upper shelf and you must turn sideways and even then water gets everywhere. the Design is cute, but not functional at all. Also, I wish there was a full length mirror in the room.

The hotel staff and management were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had a misunderstanding with our booking, and the manager helped us find the best room for our circumstances. I also had a dental emergency and the staff helped me find a 24 hour emergency dentist! The restaurant Zizo was top notch fine dining and gorgeous ambience! We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Excellent customer service and a nice location

First of all great location for a hotel, right next to the beautiful Zandvoort beach, couldn't be better. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but it wasn't a particularly good experience - yes we checked in very late in the evening, but nothing was working, wrong rooms assigned and just confusion. The breakfast was very impersonal but available. But if you are looking for a good location - this one is for sure!

Das war das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich jemals war. Dreckig, unhöflich, muffig. Der Preis ist eine Frechheit. Es werden Zimmer mit „Jazuzzi“ angeboten, was lediglich eine Badewanne mit Düsen hat. Entgegenkommen bei Beschwerden=0!!!

Waren Silvester/Neujahr dort. Das Zimmer roch, vermutlich wegen des Jacuzzis, recht muffig. Ein Problem dabei: Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Das Zimmer befand sich im 1. OG, die Fenster waren leider sehr dreckig, weshalb das Feuerwerk zu Silvester nur begrenzt genossen werden konnte. Die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich gewesen. Die Flure des Hotels wirken leider wenig einladend.

We hebben genoten vanaf ons balkonuitzicht (16 hoog) over de stad. Kamer was prima, ideaal met de open kast voor koffers, kleding etc.# tip check in de douche bovenaan langs de (behangwand) voor schimmel. Het keuzemenu in t restaurant was fantastisch. Helaas was het ontbijt onder de maat voor de 15€

Hotel in bester Lage, direkt am Strand & im Zentrum Zandvoorts mit optimaler Zug- & Busverbindung in die nächsten Städte! Schönes, großes Hotelzimmer mit moderner, stylischer Einrichtung; Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche & einer Badewanne mit Jacuzzi und zwei Waschbecken ausgestattet; das Hotel ist sehr sauber; freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal; tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Eine ganz große Empfehlung für das Hotel in Zandvoort!! (:
