I recently had the pleasure of staying at Domes Aulus Zante, Autograph Collection, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our group of 8 friends from London, UK, gathered at this newly refurbished resort to celebrate two special birthdays, and our week-long stay was nothing short of magical. What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding service provided by the Guest Relations Supervisor. Their dedication to ensuring our experience was extraordinary went above and beyond any expectations. They personalised every moment, meticulously arranging our specific requests made in advance. From the breathtaking flowers that welcomed our birthday guests upon arrival to organising a private catamaran excursion and securing reservations for special dinners, the Guest Relations Supervisor’s attention to detail was unparalleled. The exceptional dedication and commitment of the Guest Relations Supervisor to ensuring our stay was memorable were evident not only in their meticulous attention to detail but also in their swift problem-solving skills. When we encountered issues with our room, including a broken clothes steamer and lack of warm water, they immediately stepped in to rectify the situation. Despite our initial hesitation to voice our concerns, their approachable demeanour made us feel comfortable sharing our issues. Upon informing them about the problems, they promptly arranged for us to be moved to a larger room with a delightful private terrace. This new room not only solved the water problems but also came equipped with a functional steaming iron, proving to be incredibly useful during our stay. We’re particularly grateful to the Guest Relations Supervisor for their thoughtful gesture of upgrading our accommodations, and their prompt actions ensured that our experience remained outstanding. Additionally, the thoughtfulness of the Guest Relations Supervisor extended to creating personalised souvenirs for our guests. When I inquired about gifting options, they not only provided a solution but went the extra mile by curating a beautiful bag filled with local specialties that truly captured the essence of Zante. This heartfelt touch resonated deeply with all of us, showcasing their dedication to ensuring our stay was not only comfortable but also genuinely memorable. 우리는 11 박 동안 여기에 머물렀고이 장소를 선택하게되어 정말 기뻤습니다. 우리가 처음 거기에 도착했을 때 나는 우리가 주요 도로에 얼마나 가깝게 있는지 조금 걱정했지만 실제로는 전혀 영향을 미치지 않았습니다. 그것은 훌륭한 중앙 위치에 있습니다. 객실은 항상 그리스에서와 같이 기본이므로 문제가되지 않았지만 매우 넓고 매일 청소했습니다. 침대는 바뀌었고 신선한 수건. 부엌은 적당했습니다. 토스터가 표준이 아니라는 것에 놀랐습니다. 그러나 호텔은 아이들의 아침 식사 동안 행복하게 나에게 하나를 줬다. 모두는 매우 친절했고 항상 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 수영장 지역은 특히 슬라이드가있는 별도의 어린이 수영장이 좋았습니다. 남편은 이제 제거 된 수영장 테이블에 대한 리뷰와 사진을 보았을 때 약간 실망했습니다. 바 / 레스토랑 지역은 멋진 팀에 의해 운영되었고 우리가 가진 음식은 좋았습니다. 우리는 머무는 동안 여러 번 사용했습니다. 그 중 하나는 그리스의 밤이었고 포장되어 있었고 정말 좋은 밤이었습니다. 우리는 카라마키로 돌아가 바네사로 돌아올 것입니다.

Oh my days, what an absolute little gem this hotel was. Set back from the main area just far enough to be free from any noisy traffic but near enough for a gentle three minute stroll to the shops, bars etc. As with most budget Greek hotels, basic but exceptionally clean and not a scuff or mark anywhere! A small quiet pool with bar which is shared with neighbouring hotel. What impressed me most, apart from Elena's very warm and friendly welcome everyday, was the absolute quietness of the place. I would sit on my balcony overlooking the fields and all I could hear was the occasional distant dog bark and a cock crowing. Delicious bliss in my book and as a frequent visitor to the island, I will definitely return. Thank you Elena x

2 성급에 충분한 쾌적한 호텔. 도착하자마자 우리는 누군가가 우리를 섬길 때까지 꽤 많은 시간을 기다렸고 오후 5 시경에 도착했습니다. 우리는 대략 우리 방의 방향을 가리켰다. 도착했을 때 방은 깨끗했지만 우리가 머물렀던 주에 청소는 매우 히트하고 놓쳤습니다. 방에 컵이 없어서 동네 슈퍼마켓에서 커플을 사야 했습니다. 호텔 뒤쪽의 객실은 꽤 어둡고 주차장을 향하고 있습니다. 주차장 앞 정원 지역에는 멋진 나무가 있습니다. 우리는 에어컨에 대해 하루에 7유로, 풀 사이즈 냉장고에 대해 하루에 3유로를 지불했습니다. 이전 리뷰에서 읽을 수 있듯이 단순히 플러그를 꽂을 수 있습니다. 세금은 2성급 호텔로서 1박에 50센트에 불과했습니다. 아침 식사는 오렌지 또는 사과 주스, 토스터가 포함된 얇게 썬 빵, 다양한 잼/꿀, 요구르트, 햄과 치즈, 토마토와 오이 조각, 옥수수 조각, 얇게 썬 케이크, 며칠 동안 튀겨지고 며칠 동안 삶은 계란이었습니다. 매우 기본적인 아침 식사와 우리는 지루했지만 완벽하게 적절했습니다. 나는 우리가이 호텔에 대해 가진 주요 문제는 소음이었다고 생각합니다. 비행기는 우리가 Zante를 이전 방문에서 기억했던 것보다 밤 늦게 그리고 아침 일찍 많이 날았습니다. 오후 11시경, 그리고 다시 오전 5시에, 달리기 길과 너무 가까워서 시끄럽습니다. 호텔에는 또한 뒤쪽에 닭이 몇 마리 있고 오전 3시부터 오전 6시까지 언제든지 튀는 칠면조가 있습니다. 불행히도 우리에게는 오전 2시에 문을 쾅 닫고 복도를 외치는 매우 시끄러운 손님이 호텔과 공유했습니다. (호텔 잘못이 아님) 수영장 지역은 좋았습니다. 며칠 오후에 파트너와 나는 수영장을 혼자 가지고있었습니다. 우리는 스낵 바에서 한 번 먹었고 음식은 좋았습니다. 위치는 메인 스트리트까지 짧은 도보 거리에 있으며 해변까지 약간 더 긴 도보 거리에 있습니다.

We have been to Kalamaki many times over the years, and have walked passed the Athina Apartments on our visits, so we took the plunge and booked to stay here for 9 nights from the 8th September. The apartments are ideally located. They literally back onto the main ***** in Kalamaki, and are a few minutes walk from the main Kalamaki beach. We stayed in a top floor room, overlooking the pool. The view was great, and lovelly to wake up to in the morning or to enjoy of an evening before venturing out. Because we faced away from the main *****, we did not hear it at all. The rooms are basic, and could do with a little spruce up, but they are clean and comfortable, so that's what is most important. If you are looking to cook in the room, the cooking facilities consist of 2 hot rings and that's it. There is no oven or even a microwave. So you may struggle. But if like us, the only thing we cooked in the room was some toast for breakfast (yes there is a toaster and a kettle) then its fine. The pool area has been recently installed / renovated. Its is a lovely area, however during our entire stay, we did not see any member of staff tidy up the area at all, not even straighten the sun beds at the end of the day. When we had finished using the beds, we always tidied up after ourselves, and straighten the beds up etc, but not everyone did. So the pool area tends to look very untidy at the end of the day, which is such a shame, as it looks very tranquil in the evening, so it would be nice if it looked neat too :-) There is no lift in the hotel, so if you have struggle walking up flights of stairs, we would suggest opting for a ground floor apartment. However these do open up right onto the pool area so privacy will be a factor. The staff were great, and were always at hand should you need them. Would we stay again? Of course we would! In fact we have already booked to return again next September!!

공항이 있는 동네에도 불구하고 다니엘 호텔은 섬을 돌리거나 단순히 휴식을 취하고 싶은 사람들에게 전략적인 위치를 가지고 있습니다. 언론의 혼란에서 벗어나 동시에 Kalamaki의 주요 도로(10피트)에서 몇 분, Crystal Beach Beach에서 도보로 약 20분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔은 편안하고 넓고 질서 정연하며 호텔 중앙에 고객을 위해 예약된 수영장이 있으며 저녁까지 영업하는 바와 지하의 멋진 음악(그러나 침략적이지는 않음)이 있습니다. 객실은 독립된 출입구가 있으며 상당히 넓으며 의자와 테이블이 있는 거실 테라스, 에어컨(하루에 추가 비용 6유로) 및 냉장고가 있습니다. 불행히도 유일한 부정적인 메모는 약간 날카롭고 중간 품질의 아침 식사이므로 기대 수준이 아닙니다. 거실에 포함하지 않고 카푸치노/익스프레스 등을 만드는 여러 바가 있는 주요 도로를 따라가는 것이 가능합니다. 팁: 수단을 임대해야 하는 경우(추천!) 차량의 상태가 양호하고 안전하며 무엇보다도 콘크리트 지원을 보장할 수 있는 대형 체인만 해결해야 합니다. 인근 호텔과 같은 소규모 임대 서비스를 초대하십시오. 불행히도 그것은 우리에게 많은 문제와 불필요한 스트레스를 일으켰습니다. 마지막으로, 호텔 소유자인 Augustine과 Vicky는 정말 훌륭하고 성실한 두 사람입니다. 그들은 우리가 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 주었고 어떤 문제에도 의존하도록 여러 번 초대했습니다. 우리는 우리가 보여준 친절과 지원에 매우 감사합니다. 추신 여기에 머물면 Eliameze Tavern에서 저녁 식사를 하러 가라고 강력히 추천합니다(도보 6분)!
