칠아웃 호스텔 자그레브(Chillout Hostel Zagreb)

나는이 호텔의 새로운 위치를 정말로 즐겼습니다. 이제 더 산업적입니다. 내 방은 3.5미터가 넘는 높은 천장이 있는 2층에 있었습니다. 창문은 트램 노선 위에 있지만 밤에는 전혀 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 솔직히 도시적인 매력이 있다. 로비의 분위기는 매우 재미있습니다. / 클럽 분위기가 나는/ 매우 캐주얼하고 환영합니다. 감사 해요!!

What began as a suspiciously underpriced, gorgeously designed, epicentrically located property with heart and smiles for days...turned into a psychotic, abusive nightmare, like something straight out of Rosemary’s Baby. Never in all my days, in all the hundreds of properties and thousands of nights in everything from backpacker hostels to five-star suites, have I been subjected not simply to bad service (fixable) but outright and unrepentant hostility, harassment and torment by the staff. Unbelievable. As the gentleman and professional many know me to be, I in good faith detailed the infractions, called for a GM meeting, recommended simple solutions, had multiple follow-up meetings, and presumed the offending micro-tyrants would be disciplined and neutralized. They weren’t. It only got worse. And worse still. Think, stalking, door slamming, man-handling my iPad (verboten), shorting guest change when paying by cash in the bar (witnessed multiple times), having aggressive security called for eating in an otherwise public area five minutes beyond a theretofore unknown “rule,” asking me repeated and pointedly “how long I would be staying...” you get the idea. So, in the end, I cancelled two weeks of reservations (which would have been expanded to 6+) and protested with my feet. I left. A day out and I STILL feel emotionally winded, unsure of what I just witnessed. All I know is that if my behavior to a client or guest even approached this, I’d be – and should be – terminated on the spot. This was not the decision of management. But maybe it’s me. Maybe this is Croatia’s version of adventure travel. Not enough to make me fall out of love with Zagreb...but close. Interesting world.

The room was nice, and place beautiful, but the hostel not very social I'm my opinion.

The hostel is very central within Zagreb and as such has an excellent location. The staff were pretty relaxed and friendly, checking us in fairly quickly. Although a bit expensive, the room was great with very comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The room and the hostel in general were both very clean. It had great air-conditioning. The rooftop hostel bar isn't great but the ground floor bar is much better.

Staff were very nice, and location was excellent. However, the rooms are cramped, and everything smelled strongly of smoke, including the towels (and eventually our clothes). There was also a few other things: the showers leaked, we had a few power cuts, the bathrooms aren't cleaned each day so they get a bit dirty, and the kitchen was quite unclean.

Il titolo dice tutto: questo posto è una discoteca e nella parte dove solitamente si tengono le giacche a inizio serata, c'è la reception. L'ascensore per le camere parte dal centro del locale creando un'atmosfera curiosa, quando in mezzo a ragazzi che ballano compaiono viaggiatori con zaini da 60L. La stanza era pulita ma chiaramente se vi dà fastidio il rumore non dormirete 5 minuti. Complessivamente è un'esperienza da provare!

Nos costó un poco encontrar el hotel porque la recepción está ingresando a una galería y pasando el bar del propio hotel.... nos alojamos en la parte de habitaciones privadas... nos gustó la decoración del lugar, tipo industrial-rústico... el baño no era gran cosa, pero zafaba... La ubicación es inmejorable, pleno centro , cerca de todo, buses ( como para ir al aeropuerto) o estación de tren si querés ir a ciudades cercanas. Lo que no me pareció apropiado es el precio..si bien era una habitación privada, como dije, me resultó muy caro, tanto por el servicio que da como por la ciudad en sí... No volvería.
