We booked for 3 nights. The first night the A/C didn't work. The second 2 nights the unit was very noisy. The room had a king bed but there would have been space for a few sitting chairs or couch. Only one straight back chair and one desk chair. Room is very dark with only 2 bed lamps and one desk lamp. Only one bed end table. The elevator was not working properly. Signage said to push harder on the buttons. It didn't always stop on the correct floor. Is a danger because someone could be trapped in it. very small like about 4x4 . We waited 45 minutes for a burger. Was told it took longer because we wanted it well done. In short I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I would derate from 3.5 star to about a 2 star.

Great place, Julie at the Front Desk was fabulous, friendly and always had a smile on her face. Highly recommend! The staff was professional, the breakfast was awesome. Great location, easy to get to, all the attractions within an easy drive. Would stay there again!

Recently stayed at your location for the first time, and I must say I found my new hotel. The Four Points at Sheraton York’s location offers a plethora of amenities and comforts, from the indoor pool and gym, to the restaurant/bar. Not to mention the staff was great. Julie assisted me and was beyond helpful. Thank you Julie for taking care of me. Your customer care is unmatched.

Excellent service provided by staff members.Very warm hospitality is shown during my entire stay.Indira Naidu suggested about all the local food options that are available around the hotel.Being a frequent traveler to York,the suggestions were really helpful.Overall the stay was pleasant and enjoyable

The great experience started with check-in. Abhi behind the front counter was truly wonderful. With my Elite status, he upgraded me to a suite and had a nice "Welcome" gift. I later tried the Restaurant / Bar area where "Deb" was very welcoming and had great suggestions for food. People.....the Shimp and Polenta was Absolutely amazing. very clean room, bed was perfect for me and the overall experience was fantastic.

Had a business training meeting at this venue. Our group had received great service in the planning process and actual event performance during our training session. I was asked to find a location to hold a customer training event with a very short window to plan this event. I stopped into several event venues the last week of December to find a place that could handle all the requirements needed to have a successful event. We had people from local and distant locations attending. We had to have room for those driving in from a distance along with meeting room and meals for this event. We also needed a location that would allow us to keep all attendees that were staying overnight to stay on location for meals and entertainment. Indira went above and beyond helping with setting up the complete event and working with us when headcount changed for personal or weather reasons. The banquet, bar, and restaurant management and supporting staff also went above our expectations. We were given what some would consider and almost impossible task due to the short planning timeline and Xmas holiday, but with the assistance of hotel team, headed by Indira we pulled off the impossible. I did not mention that this was my first event to quarterback, and this team has helped make this event a total success. I thank the hotel team for their support.

This hotel was awful. I used my points to stay for a volleyball tournament that my son was participating in (he stayed in another hotel with his team). The staff were the only shining star at this Sheraton. They tried to help me resolve issues but there is only so much they can do. I had to change my room 3 times in one night. The heating/cooling system in one room started emitting a burning smell at 2am and in one of the other rooms I switched to the heating/cooling system was so loud and I could not turn it off. I kept pressing the off button but then it would just randomly turn on again and shoot out loud cold air on its own. This happened to be a suite that I was transferred to which is unbelievable. The beds were sunken in the middle and very uncomfortable. Needless to say I didn’t get much sleep at all. The breakfast buffet was horrible, not very tasty, and had limited options. I also got a made to order omelette which was not great. The waitress Sonia was very helpful and kind though. Like I said the staff tried their best and I really appreciate that they tried to provide good customer service. However, Marriott needs to conduct an inspection of all of the rooms in this hotel and make sure they are up to standards. I would never stay here again.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced, the room was outrageously priced at over 350 for one night. I had a one bedroom suite, So I expected a pull out bed, nope it was just a couch. We went to a wedding that day, so we just dropped off luggage. Upon returning later that night, the front desk person said yes the couch is a pullout bed, it was not, what was worse was the bed had several bugs in it, the front desk person looked and took pics of it, told me the hotel was fully booked and could not do a thing about it. We had to leave at like 1:30 in the AM because I refuse to sleep in a bug infested bed. Left my info for the manager to call because they could not refund me that night, I left at 1:30 am, it was after noon and they still did not call. I called them at 12:30 and the manager was too busy to talk to me. After 1 pm and no call back. I want to bring this up to corporate so they will know the standard is lacking at this facility. First and last time I will stay at one of these properties, back to Hilton……..

We were here for a tournament weekend - hotel was completely sold out and super busy. Our room was great - clean and comfy. King bed was great as was the pullout couch. The staff here are some of the nicest hardest working people I have come across in some time. Greeting us in the hallways, smiling and constantly cleaning and serving. I can’t speak to the bad reviews I have seen online. Our family had a great experience and will absolutely stay here again.
