홀리데이 인 지린 베이다후, IHG 호텔 후기

나는 크리스마스와 새해 사이에 Holiday Inn에 묵었습니다. 내 친구들은 길 아래에 있는 클럽메드에 머물렀어요. 비록 클럽메드에서 저녁식사를 함께 했지만 홀리데이인에서의 숙박은 진심으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 방은 넓고 레이아웃이 좋았습니다. 중앙 난방과 바닥 난방이 갖춰져 있었습니다(스키를 즐긴 후 사랑스럽습니다). 방은 깨끗했고, 직원들이 린넨과 수건을 매일 교체해 주었지만 환경을 고려하여 요청 시에만 교체해 준 점에 감사드립니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 영어가 매우 제한적이어서 모든 것을 번역해야 했기 때문에 언어 장벽으로 인해 어려움을 겪었습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 양질의 서양식 및 아시아식 요리가 다양하게 제공되었기 때문입니다. 나는 이 음식으로 쉽게 배를 채울 수 있었고 저녁 식사 전까지는 다시 먹지 않을 수 있었습니다. 배가 고프면 로비에 있는 작은 스낵 가게를 방문할 수도 있었습니다. 호텔은 메인 스키 서비스 홀에서 도보로 5분 거리에 있지만 이미 장비가 있는 경우 호텔에서 스키인 스키아웃 옵션을 이용할 수 있습니다. 또는 호텔에서 서비스 홀까지 무료 셔틀 버스를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 셔틀버스는 오후 10시까지 5~10분 간격으로 운행하는데, 저녁 식사를 하고 돌아올 때도 이용할 수 있어 매우 유용합니다. 호텔 예약에는 일본 온천 무료 입장이 포함되어 있습니다. 이곳은 스키장과 가까워서 셔틀을 탈 수 있습니다. 특히 기술적으로 호텔 숙박의 일부이기 때문에 모든 연령대에게 훌륭하고 적극 권장됩니다!

Service was great. Ski-in ski-out. Our room included Onsen entry fee for all guests, ski lift passes and ski equipment rental fees.

Chaotic Hotel, parking at least not possible. The next charging station for the car is rd. 2 km away from the hotel. The ski equipment is not directly there and it’s during 1.5 hours for the Checkin and documents for skiing pass etc.

Hotel is fantastic, but unfortunately they had a problem with the sewage system and our bathroom smell horribly bad in the mornings mostly. We notice they were having a problem with the room next to ours, 925, and still gave us room. They knew and gave us the room, frankly in that respect a bit disappointed.

The hotel was nice clean and had a great view. Unfortunately the communications regarding obtaining a ski pass were not very clear and the staff worked very slowly resulting in a 50 minute wait to get the ski pass, other guests were also not happy and were swearing at the staff. The front desk staff also did not speak English which is unusual as typically this would be expected at a holiday in. We were also given the wrong room initially but this was corrected. Overall the service was quite poor however the quality of the room made up for it.

We enjoy really much the accommodations here. Ski in and ski out perfect location for all family. Ms.ivy service is great!

This was a gem of a hotel. The staff were so incredibly helpful and treated us like family. We booked here for Chinese New Year to ski and didn’t know what to expect as neither of us speak much Chinese. It didn’t matter. Everyone tried to help us. I realize Holiday Inn is a big brand hotel, but it feels far more friendly than that and homely. The skiing was easy to organize. The hotel can help book ski and board hire and passes. The hotel is right next to the slopes - you can take a shuttle bus or walk 4 minutes. The skiing was also excellent - hard packed snow as you would expect, but the slopes are well laid out. The hotel restaurant was also good. Great breakfast and dinner was hot pot and buffet. Great trip - will be back!

Location Location Location Location. Beidahu is one of the best ski resort area in China. Holiday Inn Beidahu is right near the epicenter of the action. It does take a shuttle bus to get to the main ski center so it is not exactly a ski in, ski out type of hotel. However, it was surprisingly convenient! There are shuttle buses every few minutes and the journey only lasts also a few minutes ride as well. We did not feel inconvenienced at all, we were quite impressed actually at the frequency! The room we had was very spacious, modern and clean. Completely up to par by international standards. The reception staff was very accomodating and even helped to arrange our transportation to and from the hotel back to the train station. The breakfast is very impressive as well - lots to pick from. I have no complaints about the hotel, it was everything we asked for and at such good value! We recommend.

We stay in family room with 2 bedroom. It was clean and there is heater in the room and also the floor. Went there for ski, staff are friendly and helpful.

GM Houcem‘s team is great, special thanks to GO Peggy，mini club Jupe and Kitty, 桃子姐姐，薯条姐姐 and 锅包肉姐姐，for taking great care of our kids, and Kids snowboard instructors. Also Ben is a great instructor for adult snowboard. Looking forward to meeting the team again in the future! Thanks!

Love Trip.com, and Holiday Inn in BeiDaHu is great, but I was wondering if the services offered to Chinese nationals can also be offered to foreigners, for instance being able to buy Ski Lifts thought the hotel. This service is only offer to Chinese nationals with a local ID Number, in addition is only offered in the app in Chinese. I went to Holiday Inn so i can ski in Beidahu, which is wonderful, but had to buy a ticket every day, go to lines, etc.... instead of having a 4 day ticket offered to Chinese id holders. Other than that Trip.com is great for PRC, Regards
