인촨 푸리 완다 렐름 호텔

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Great hotel, nice rooms, highly recommended

What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.

Service is not bad

出差一直都住的萬達酒店,一直沒有點評，真心不錯必須點評一下， 酒店設施很完善齊全，大堂還有可愛有機器人，送外賣很方便，對於一個出差總點外賣的我來説。 對面還有我喜歡的瑞幸咖啡 ，酒店後面的廣場有好多小吃 。可以品嚐當地特色早餐 。酒店一樓有大堂吧 ，下午可以去坐坐很悠閑 9.9的麪包很美味 5樓還有健身房和游泳池 住客可以免費用！真的是萬達的忠實粉絲！房間寬敞，視野相當不錯。

很想跟大家分享一下我的入住感受！！來到酒店，酒店不論是從地上還是地下車位很多。安保和禮賓熱情，主動打招呼，問需要不需要幫忙。前台服務也是微信哦熱情的問候，服務體貼周到。前台提示我們輸入車牌號就可以入住期間免費出入。禮賓部小夥子也貼心的幫我拿行李，送行李。知道了我們是自駕，給我們介紹了很多周邊旅遊景點。進到房間房間大氣，乾淨衞生。早晨去吃早餐種類也很多，也很有當地特色。餐廳服務人員還詢問我感受。退房的前台也依舊熱情周到。本次入住很滿意。酒店門口交通也很便利。值班經理得知我身體不舒服還特意給房間送了薑茶。感覺十分貼心，真的被暖到了。總之這次入住真的很驚喜。
