The hotel room, reception, facilities , room service and food are all very good. The reception staff are very helpful. The food quality is good. Menu has many options. Areas to improve: Staff in hospitality business must know some basic English. Some staff including the bar tender and few reception staff did not speak one English word. Restaurant staff are very bad, no smile, no greeting, no customer service. They come across bored , don’t want to do their job. They need lots of training if they want to continue in the hospitality industry. We found none of them good, morning and evening.
