Ephesia Holiday Beach Club

Everything was really nice in this hotel,the staff were so friendly and helpful,the rooms were so spacious and big. The variety of foods was amazing and I recommend it to all families who want to go with their children they had lots fun games and programs for the kids,and also I want to specifically thanks Miss Cindy 🌹thanks for your hospitality.

We had a great holiday. Great food, good rooms, friendly personnel. The swimming pools and waterslides are very Nice. Special thanks to the animation team: Ronnie, RIO, Ferry, DJ zero, Cindy and Tirtil. They are very enthousiastic and remember every name. Hope to see them next year. Karaoke star: Andrew

We’ve just came back after 11 nights with kids and do not recommend this hotel. I said in the past I will take a risk and try and was left very dissapointed. I used to work in 3 and 4 stars hotels in Great Britain in the past and this is very weak 3 stars. Also has been on holidays in 3 and 4 stars in other countries. Our room was old which was fine but wasn’t clean properly. No hot water in the tap and only shower head was working in the shower. Floor was constantly dirty with random hairs left after cleaning. Not hovered or brushed at all. Terrace floor is never cleaned even when quests are moving out. Room was noisy in the morning and you could even hear what neighbours were talking about. We had coffee and soap in soap dispenser only for first three days and they have never fill them back in till the end. Lots of mould in the bathroom. Tiles are falling apart in the pool and pieces of wood are falling from little bridge in to the pool. Food wasn’t bad but restaurant area was dirty. Luckily none of us was sick. We went for one breakfast early to check and even before people arrived floor was wet and slippery. Beach is dirty and looks like no one cares about it. Staff can’t understand English and even with reception it was hard to explain our issues. Only lounge bar staff and animation team cares about guests. They are working very hard to make people happy there. Thanks very much to them. My daughter was visiting kids club and she liked it however is also dirty especially floor even when kids are taking shoes off there. Little play area in games room was awful with rubbish everywhere. On the last days I asked reception if I can pay extra and extend hours in the room as our flight was at midnight and took quite a while to explain it however they said no. Shower in the reception area was dirty and broken and we were left with like garden hose to shower ourselves before journey back home. We stayed all day on the pool by our room and checked with neighbours and no one checked in to our room until we left the hotel so don’t know why they didn’t let us stay a bit longer with kids. I have never experience these issues with TUI 3 and 4 stars hotels. Thanks very much for lovely family from Dublin who offered us help on the last day. If anyone has any questions I’ll be happy to answer. If they want British people to come and spend money there it is lots to learn. We tried Italian restaurant. Staff really king however forget pepperoni or mozzarella. No lasagne or calzone. Wine is from downstairs restaurant. Bruschetta doesn’t exists. Also is town they are ripping people off. If you want to pay cash they give you the price in euro which is fine but if you want to pay by card price is going up about 8 euros. This is all my opinions and experiences. I’m going to complain to Jet2 and wouldn’t be back there.

We were at the hotel in August 2024 (two families 2+1 and 2+2). Rooms clean, in the new part very nice. We had the use of room FZX1 and DZS1. The biggest asset of the hotel is the service, the bartender Baran, who worked a AQUA BAR, deserves a special mention. Smiling every day, kind and helpful to both children and adults, a fantastic person. Dinner in the Turkish restaurant was delicious and the service was very friendly. The only weaker element is the beach, but the number of pools makes up for this weaker aspect, the children were not bored even for a moment during the 7 days.

Our first holiday here was June 2024 for 14 nights and had such a great time we booked again 6weeks later and went back August 2024 for 10 days.This place is amazing loads to do,our kids made use of all the pools ,up playing darts and dancing with the animation team(Barni, Nilay,Burat Cesper,Tweets,Eton,plus all the others what a fantastic bunch they are they do a great job,and I have to mention Baron and sefi on the bars always talking to us and making us laugh one of the reasons we will be back keep up the good work and see you all soon .

For over 7 years we have been coming to Ephesia holiday beach resort. Every year we step out of the transfer and it feels like coming home. Over the years a lot has changed and so has the staff. But the friendliness of this staff is always the same. We genuinely become friends with them, learn from each other and can laugh together. The staff makes long, hot and busy hours but there is always a smile involved. Really great. I would also like to give an extra compliment to the animation team, they are amazing. They bring visitors together and their different cultures. Also the food is very good. Ephesia 2025 here we come!
