빈치 사피르 팰리스 & 스파(Vincci Saphir Palace & Spa)

This hotel has a few advantages including the location which is accessible to the beach and Carthage land , the rooms are spacious and confortable, the covered pool is acceptable too. We have some comments regarding the dining in the main restaurant, the food in the buffet is average with limited choices, the staff are rude and not welcomed, the dessert section is very poor using very bad quality, the buffet is never filled up once is over. The lighting in the hotel lobby is dark and they cut it off at late night, there is no animation in the evening except once a big group came on Saturday, they called one guy to play with organ until 11 PM. The hotel is totally far from 05 stars category and deserve to be only 03 stars . The car parking is located at the back of the hotel and seems to be like a factory parking entrance. My advise is to avoid staying in this hotel and try something else.

Delicisious drinks by Hamza the best waiter here. Everything was good ,people in hotel are nice and kind everytime u see them, food are okey and pool has the best vibe round here. Sea was bit dirty but thats not hotel fault.

The hotel is comfortable , clean and beautiful . The staff is always smiling and the bartenders at the bar know exactly what to offer you. The food is of a high standard and the staff are always on hand . Only the beach is quite dirty from algae and plastic

the hotel had no air conditioning. it didn't work at all. not great when it's in the 80's (high 20's C) at night. I asked for someone to fix it, the staff said all rooms are like this. In the advertisement they said they did have air conditioning. It was also a dirty hotel room that wasn't well laid out. I'd advocate avoiding this place.

Stayed here before. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Not as thoroughly cleaned as I woud have expected for a 5* as evidenced by hairs in bathroom and shower and sand on console table and floor. Staff generally ok and friendly but not as warm/attentive as in some other local hotels. Reasonable and fairly standard meal selection. Good salads and some freshly cooked foods (grilled fish, pizza, pasta omelettes etc.) Limited 'animation' more suited to couples seeking a quiet break than families with young children. Would stay again

In fact, we didn't like the hotel very much. The Internet is not available in the entire hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms is in a disastrous condition, the hotel is empty of staff. We was going to change hotel until we met Chef Cyrine by chance at dinner. She worked at the Golden Tulip Hotel, and it was my first vacation in Tunisia for my wife and I. After that, we did not know any information about her, but we didn't believe that we found her again by chance. We were so happy to meet her again. A very respectable lady, always offering advice on dishes and never skimping on helping any guest. The same kind smile and cheerful spirit despite the fatigue. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude to you, dear culinary expert Cyrine Trabelsi, for all your effort, talent and joy that made our celebration wonderfully exceptional. The meals prepared were well received. We would prefer to use you again sure in another Hotel or why not your own restaurant. Hope we see u in 🇺🇸 or 🇹🇷 . A very wonderful hotel. The pool is clean and the rooms are very wonderful and large. I would like to thank all the staff working at the hotel, especially the cutest Chef Cyrine a skilled cook, a respectable person. She is cheerful and always looking to please all her customers, and this is what we all noticed. We will come back again to enjoy the sea view and delicious Cyrine cuisine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my vacation wonderful
