먼저 긍정적인 점 - 인명구조원 중 한 명이 매우 수다스럽고 수영장에 있는 심파였습니다. 수영장도 좋고, 음식도 괜찮고, 다양하게 이용할 수 있지만 맛있습니다! 저는 10년 전에 이 호텔에 있었는데, 시간이 멈췄다고 말해야 합니다. 불행히도 좋은 방법은 아닙니다. 지금도 같은 문제가 있지만 10년 더 늙고 더 커졌습니다! 호텔은 최소 30년 동안 개조되지 않은 상태입니다(새 TV 제외). 그 가격을 보면 나쁜 호텔이 될 것이라는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 그래서 땅콩을 지불해서 기쁘기 때문에 현실에 실망하지 않았습니다. 하지만 메인 시즌에 가면 매우 실망할 수도 있어요! 호텔의 비즈니스 파트너로 일하는 친구 덕분에 바다 전망과 좋은 방을 얻었습니다. 하지만 방은 낡았고, 가구가 긁히고 부서졌고, 욕조가 벗겨지고, 구석구석이 먼지와 머리카락으로 가득 차 있었고, 카펫이 말할 수 있었다면 우리는 1001가지 이야기를 들어보세요. 무엇이 모두 살아남았으며 그 안에 무엇이 아직 남아 있는지 누가 알겠어요! 그러나 대부분 나는 완전히 무관심하고, 지루하고, 무시하고, 담배를 피우고, 술을 마시고, 모두가 휴대폰을 사용하고, 누구도 예의바르지도 매력적이거나 웃지도 않는 직원들에게 실망했습니다. 튀니지에서는 매우 드문 일입니다. 이것이 이 나쁜 호텔의 가장 큰 문제입니다! 오래된 객실, 낮은 층의 청결도는 직원이 최선을 다해 동정한다면 문제가 되지 않습니다. 하지만 불행하게도 모든 것이 매우 슬픈 곳입니다! 나는 누군가가 직원이 매우 중요하다는 것을 깨닫기를 바랍니다. 그리고 그들이 그들에게 동기를 부여한다면 우리는 이 호텔의 다른 모든 측면을 눈치 채지 못할 것입니다. 단지 제 의견입니다!

방이 매우 매우 좋음, TV가 작동하지 않음, 방에 냉장고가 없음 큰 바퀴벌레를 발견함 솔직히 매우 실망함

위치는 좋은데 너무 더러워요. 객실 가구는 관리되지 않고 오래된 침대입니다. 유일한 좋은 점은 방의 넓은 공간입니다.

서비스 품질이 좋지 않습니다. 직원은 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 방에 서류(여권, 머니 카드 등)를 보관할 금고를 달라고 했더니 괜찮다고 했으나 그 이후에는 아무 것도 가져오지 않았습니다.. 방을 바꿔달라고 했더니 괜찮다고 하더군요. 난 안돼 우린 못해...음식이 차갑고 다양하지 않아...솔직히 피하고 싶은 호텔

서비스가 정말 형편없고, 너무 더럽고, 전혀 친절하지 않고, 주방도 더럽고, 음식도 역겹습니다

훌륭하고 잊을 수 없는 숙박이었습니다!

I didn’t want to write This In ******* but I think You Guys have no access You don’t answer emails. I am a Food and Beverage Director of one the International Airports In Canada . We had a Stay this weekend from June 16Th to June 18Th , we Got 3 Rooms one of Them was 475 . Today Morning During Our Breakfast my Dad had an incident with Restaurant Supervisor (if that was his Position), My Dad and I were in the line to grab an omelette and the Guy approches My dad and he Grabbed Him From His Hand Attempting To Re-organize the Line . PS: (My Dad was The Main Reason I came to Tunisia since he Just got an Open Heart Surgery, and we wanted to have Some Fun Time Together) My dad Told Him that he can’t Grab him from his Hand he Refused that he Touch Him That way because I believe we are the Guest. The Gentlemen Continue his Aggressive Action by even Fighting my Dad ! Wich is Crasy , and the funny Part was When He also Grabbed my Hand Attempting To continue Reorganizing The Omelette Line . And when I Told Him Please don’t touch me , he Told me ‘Smella Alik’ . And that made me Leave the Hotel immediately. I went To a lot of Countries for Holidays but This was the Worst Experience that I Ever Had . I Didint want to mention about the Dast in the Ceiling in Our Three Roms , because I know the Economic Situation of the country Can’t help For a Renovation, but I saw a Hard working Housekeeping Ladies that they Needed More training just To offer a Room with Not dast.

My husband, his brother, and mostly all got horribly sick from the food and yet they did NOTHING. My brother in law ended up in the hospital

Got food poisoning from the food. EVERYONE was sick and my brother ended up in the hospital!!!!

We had a family vacation and this was the best idea we could have had. We chose to have the full board so we didn't have to worry about finding food outside of the hotel. The pools were great for the kids, grandparents, and even siblings. The food was always a variety and really good. They gave us a deal on hotel rooms as we were renting more than 2 rooms for multiple days They are always accommodating, and because we go there every year the restaurant manager even remembers us.

The hotel entrance is very grand and clean and beautiful. Then you get to your room and the carpets are old and stained my room had whole bunch of tiny ants swarming on my table and floor. They came up immediately and sprayed and vaccumn and i had no more problem. Unfortunately the carpets are so old and stained i did not take my shoes off. The staff are very kind and accommendating. The many pools are fantastic and clean. Which made me happy. I quite enjoyed the buffet i found it very clean at the many stations of food. And the variety was great. If they would upgrade the rooms they would have spectacular place.
