매직 라이프 아프리카나(Tui Magic Life Africana)

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'Hôtel Tui Magic life lors d'un voyage d'affaires et j'ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon expérience. Situé idéalement en plein cœur du centre-ville, cet hôtel offre un accès facile aux principales attractions touristiques ainsi qu'aux quartiers d'affaires. Les installations de l'hôtel sont modernes et bien entretenues. Ma chambre était spacieuse, propre et joliment décorée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, assurant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices après de longues journées de travail. Le service à la clientèle était exceptionnel. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux, professionnel et toujours prêt à répondre à mes demandes. Le service en chambre était rapide et efficace, et le personnel du restaurant était attentif à mes besoins pendant mes repas. De plus, l'hôtel propose une gamme d'installations et de services pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable, notamment une salle de sport bien équipée, un spa relaxant et un délicieux petit-déjeuner buffet avec une variété d'options pour tous les goûts. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour à l'Hôtel a été fantastique et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement de qualité lors de leur visite dans la région. J'ai hâte d'y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage

the stay was great, very beautiful surroundings and the staff there is also super cool, the animation was given by kamel, a really motivated person I played the game boccia. In the beginning I wasn't good at it. But Kamel showed me how to play and then it was better. the view from the hotel was just so beautiful. top holiday definitely recommended

From the minute you get off the transfer coach the service is non stop , the hotel was far better than our preconceived ideas , . Rooms spacious clean mini fridge topped up daily sheets and towels changed daily room tidied up . Food/drink food was indescribable so much to chose from even for a fussy eater like me the themed restaurants were ok my favourite was “downtown “ by Magico was hard to beat and the desserts well I need to diet !!! Drinks were good quality and the staff in bars and restaurants all work very hard putting huge smiles on their faces even when some customers seem to leave manners and respect at home ! Entertainment team do their job well mix with guests fun and happy and the children’s club workers have patience I’d wish I had !! There are a few down things the adult relax pool could do with a bit of tlc (tiles missing and grouting) two broken toilet seats ( captain bar & relax pool) and lastly control of kids after 9pm ( that’s more to do with the parents than hotel All in all it’s a amazing hotel that I recommend and can’t wait to return to x x

I recieved a beautiful and renovated room. Nothing to complain about. Guest service, he was friendly and helpful with everything you needed. The entertainers came to ask If you wanne play the games or sports. I played the games with Kamel, he did boccia, shuffle, aperitive game and many more. He was always 100% full of energy and always encouraging the people to play. He gave tips how you could play the games. The fun and good part is that he also plays with the guests during the games. He is a 💯

Terrific Tunisia! Had a wonderful time at this hotel; it’s not that far from the airport and we arranged a pick up and it took about 30’mins. It’s right on the beach, beach bar serving toasted sandwiches and drinks. Large restaurant with a wide range of choice. The a la carte where good; wouldn’t be disappointed if I didn’t go though as the food is very similar to what you can get in the buffet. Drinks are plentiful; you ask for a glass of wine and you get a bottle! Same with the water and soft drinks. The swimming pools are really nice; not heated but fine once you get in. Room was a large size. Entertainment was good and the kids club was too; we didn’t leave our daughter but she visited- the staff work so hard they are With the kids about 12 hours a day! There’s a small town to have a look Around: there’s a water park and a small amusement park. The local restaurants are really nice. Excursions; def go to the zoo and Zulu African dinner- i was a bit reluctant as I thought the animals might not be kept in good conditions but it was really nice- the lions have a massive high walk way which is amazing and the dancing and dinner was great too. We also did quad biking: go at 4.30pm so you get the sunset! Had a great relaxing time away and would highly recommend this hotel! Please tip the staff; they all work so hard!

Excellent all inclusive hotel which ticks every box. The buffet food is some of the best we have ever had, the various a la carte restaurants were excellent and authentic. The drinks were plentiful, always available and the range was great. Great location with a sandy beautiful beach, great pool selection and a fantastic spa with indoor pool and saunas. Special shout out to the entertainment team - especially Charlie who was the star of every show. Charlie is a fantastic talent on the stage and made us very welcome, talking us through the various shows. Thank you again Charlie!

I had the best stay. Amber, Hannah, Alex and Owen were so lovely. Amber - Amber was so lovely and made me so happy, when I saw her everyday she put the biggest smile on my face with out a doubt. Owen - Owen was funny and he was always trying to get us involved in the games he made us feel so welcomed and he was lovely to have a chat to. Hannah - Hannah was the sweetest, she was kind, caring and lovely, she always made us feel so welcomed, she did the best at teens club too, she was so funny as well at night she was so amazing. Alex - Alex was so sweet she helped so much in archery and was always there to help if you needed it, she was so lovely and at night, it was so nice to have a little dance on the dance floor. If you are going anytime soon look out for these 4 amazing people

The staff and entertainment were fantastic, engaging and fun the whole time. A special mention to kimo, Owen, hannah and Alex who were exceptional. The food was good and had an array each day as well as regular snack times and toasties at all times on the beach. The rooms were spacious and would be very good during the hottest times of the year.

I spent six days here last week with my young adult son William who has autism. He absolutely loved it and wants to go back. Everyone was so nice to him. He joined in the activities during the day and danced every night at the disco. Charlie the dancer is an absolute star, as are Nomonde the singer, Alex, Owen and the rest of the team. Despite the high winds the water sports team made sure we went out on the banana boat. There is always something to do, and we met some lovely people. It really is excellent value for money, especially outside the high season. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. We will be back.
