This was the worst experience we had starting
at a hotel. Walls are paper thin literally! The room beside us were so noisy till 4 am. We called the reception and complained at 2 am and this was the reply: as a hotel is not suitable for us to call the guest and after insisting, just went to ask her manager“ they offered changing the room for us which was inconvenient at this time”. Then 4 am I went downstairs and asked the reception again to call them which she did “not sure if they dealt with the complaint the first time” and then we had no choice except changing our room at 4 am! As a result we missed breakfast, had the worst sleep ever and woke up tired.
