얄로바 호텔

I've stayed in this hotel two times, first time it was for three months, last time it was for one month. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the cleaning ladies does a very good job, the hotel is clean and very quiet. There is a Mosque as a neighbor, so expect prayer calls early in the morning and evening. The windows and balcony doors have good soundproofing if they are closed, but you may still hear it if you are a light sleeper. What I like second best about this hotel is the Spa they have in the basement where you can get sauna, steamroom, and a variety of massages. After a week of long days, to get a sauna, steamroom, soapy massage and antistress massage... it's pure bliss! The best part, especially now with covid is that the Hotel has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, and fancy windows so we can sit outside and still be warm. The waiters that were there the first time I were there have moved on, one of the bartenders are the same I think. On my last visit the wait staff was a little bit of a disaster, they didn't speak english, and the orders got confused. But Luckily we had Ender, he spoke English, and if he was not sure he would ask, to make sure we got what we ordered. and he would also facitiltate special orders if you wanted to order something that was not on the menu. Very happy with this hotel, especially the service Ender gave us in the restaurant!

Avoid staying there. Indecent hotel. Repeated failures of heating system, iced rooms, inefficient staff. Laundry service takes 6 days to get back your clothes once delivered to them. Last but not least, pay attention at the restaurant: what you order is not always what you finally get.

The hotel is good. It is situated near a roundabout but the room was very quiet. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful. It is extremely clean and the internet connection was very good - usually it is not so good in Turkey.

1.Soooo clean. 2.Great staff(can speak english or they use google translator..no problem at all). 3.Yummy breakfast. 4.Lovely indoor&outdoor pool. 5.Great view and balcony. There are some none-important points: -Sometimes i had problems connect to wifi due to poor signal or low speed connection. -A.C. turns off if you open balcony door or you should ask the reciption to turn it on(not important maybe this is a part of energy saving plan) If you visit malova...visit mawish beach disco...that was also great!
