Farrys Boutique Hotel & Beach Club - Yalıkavak

I spend two weeks at Farrys in Yalikavak with my girlfriend in May 2022 and it was an awesome time. I can really recommend this place! The beach is fantastic, a nice sand beach and clean water, i was swimming everyday and relaxing in the sun or under the trees at the beach. The rooms was super nice and cool with a big bed and big bathroom with a very nice shower. The breakfast and food is really good, as well as the coffee, which is the best you can find in Yalikavak, especially the cappucino. The best part is that you can eat outside in the beautiful garden. The staff is super nice and helpful too, even if you cannot speak Turkish, they will always try to help you. Ordering a taxi and giving directions to the dirver, recommending sights to visit or giving tips for restaurants, everything we needed they helped us with. It was so awesome there, I will definetely come and visit the hotel again! Thank you for a great time!

A very nice place for peaceful nights I loved it there can’t wait to go back and the staff are friendly and helpful and the view was incredible let us not forget the food and the beach 🏝 everything was amazing

What a horrible experience I encountered at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found out that our "seaview room" was facing buildings with only a sliver of water to be seen when stretching your neck off the balcony. Second, despite being "air conditioned," there was no A/C in either of the two bedrooms -- only in the living room. However, the worst issue was that our room was uphill. My friend has severe mobility issues, so I asked if there would be another room available that's not uphill. They said "no," so I explained to the receptionist (Gulshen) that my friend could not handle the climb and we would need to change hotels. Gulshen called the manager in front of me, who seemed sympathetic and said, "no worries, you won't be charged." I asked again whether any fees would be incurred was ensured that "no charges whatsoever would be encountered," so we moved to to a different hotel. However, last week I received my credit card statement, which included a charge for the full stay! I called them right away, but they would not connect me to the manager. I was told, "sorry, we have to charge you." Liars! Further, the policy listed on ******* said that only one night would be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. How can they justify charging more than that? After several attempts of calling and sending messages, I still have had no success. This hotel is a real scam. Yes, I should have paid more attention to some of the comments about bad experiences there, but I have always enjoyed great service through dozens of stays in Turkey over the years. I will definitely file a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture. And I will pursue this with American Express and *******. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this property.

We booked and paid for this hotel 5 months ago through Agoda and were due to travel in 2 weeks Booked train and hotel in London for the night before we fly .... then contacted the hotel about transfers from the airport after contacting them previously about breakfasts to which they responded ... asked if we booked through Agoda we said yes then the next day were hit with the news in a brief email that they said they didn't work with Agoda and had cancelled our booking The reason we now know is we got it at good price and they are advertising it at a much inflated price ... Still with Agoda..... a couple of emails off the CEO of the Farrys not very forthcoming.... don't use plenty more hotels in the area who won't abuse your trust

I arrived at the hotel on the 2nd of September in the evening. When I came into the room 50 it was very dirty there, the toilet and shower were broken. The room was dirty, the floor was dirty too, towels stained with dirt. The bed was not clean and fresh. It was dusty. The receptionist tried very hard, was responsive and helpful and tried to take care of us. But, the room is in a terrible state.((( there is smell of the toilet in the room, the windows with a view on the booths with dogs and construction debris. there is no soundproofing (it is not possible to sleep, you can hear how the toilet is being flushed in the next room) there is no toothbrush and toothpaste .... Ужасный отель!!! Душевая комната сломана и туалет и душ ( зубную счету и расту предлагают купить в магазине Полотенца все в пятнах, Кравать грязная, звукоизоляции нет (слышно как смывают унитаз в соседнем номере) Везде грязь….. вид просто «потрясный» собаки под окном не дают спать всю ночь. И слышно как застенок пукают в туалете …..

Great stay, the best things about this hotel are the lovely attentive team headed by Gizem, and the cool beach vibe thanks to a great music selection. Food is great, rooms are clean and the views of the bay are fabulous.

We have been in this hotel for 3 days. It's a very nice and quite hotel, with beach access, in a very relaxing area of Yalikavak bay but still very close to the marina. The room was clean and the staff is very very kind, specially the two girls working at the reception. Go there.

We've spent 7 nights at the hotel in April. Although Bodrum, including Farrys Hotel, is preparing itself for high season starting with the Bayram beginning of Mai, we had a fantastic time there. The hotel offers several room options but I would definitely recommend getting a suite as it offers a wonderful sea view from the terrace and even from the master bedrooms bed. It was great to wake up to this view everyday. The rooms are clean and equipped as it is expected from a hotel of this category. A pleasant surprise indeed, were the comfy bathrobes that made possible to enjoy a dip in the pool on days a breeze blow in the bay. The two things that make Farrys outstanding however and lead to this review are the direct access to a small, but very beautiful private beach and Farrys' gastronomy. Basically this is split in three areas: indoors with an open space, bar and glass front facing the sea and a very nice garden which represents the second option for dinning on the grass, and option 3: directly on the beach with the feet in the sand. You definitely want to ask them to serve your breakfast there :) They are also setting up a bar directly on the beach. When we were there it was still work in progress, but I could already spot the concept and the portafilter machine. Coffee at Farrys is just out of this world. Farrys serve their own housebrand and it doesn't matter if you go for turkish coffee, espresso or cappuccino, they are all amazing and prepared with dedication and skill. At two occasions the cappuccino arrived slightly spilled on the beach as the waiters need to take stairs to the beach + walk on the sand (should be a thing of the past once the beach bar is up and running), but the staff in general is very engaged and solicitous. Talking food: we arrived pretty hungry from the airport and were directly blown away with an amazing four plate dinner. Needless to say we ate there every evening. While being international and creative, I personally loved that every meal had some turkish element/accent in/on it. May it be starters, main course or desert. Definitely not my last stay at Farrys! Negative points I need to mention are construction works basically everywhere around the area to prepare for main season (could hardly put that on Farrys) + the occasional interrupted WIFI.

I had a great stay at the Farrys Boutique Hotel. The staff are very kind and helpful. When I checked in to my room, I found out that the AC was not working and they immediately changed my room and upgraded it to a suite free of charge. The hotel is very clean and food, especially the breakfast, is delicious. It is on a beach front and the sea is clear and beautiful. It’s very quiet after the sunset and would be a perfect choice for those who are looking for a peaceful holiday. I would recommend to everyone.
