This place is clean and cultural awareness. The staff was very helpful and polite. Since it is located down town everything was close mainly the tourist places . Even though it is downtown the place was quit. The only thing they need to improve is the breakfast menu. Thank you !

Beautiful building. Nice stuff. Rooms clean and spacious. Well located. Has parking next to the hotel. Breakfast very good. Had an excellent stay. They let us use the restaurant area for our Christmas dinner. We brought food from another restaurant. Very nice. Highly recommended

Amazing staff and decore, the location is great to go walk and explore, it’s a dream

As per the title we loved this boutique hotel! It has wonderful staff and a very unique ambiance. All the rooms are very imaginatively appointed with lots of well preserved antiques. The only small issue we had was that although coffee was included with the breakfast, tea was not, but we weren’t told about this until we checked out. It wasn’t a lot of money but it was a bit of a surprise. We are from Canada where this is not considered usual, and although it may be normal practice in Mexico, we still think it would be nice to mention it to us when we checked in or at least in the restaurant, maybe with a note on the menu

A great little hotel. We were lucky to get the room named Cri-Cri, my wife’s favorite children’s story character. Everything was excellent, and one detail shows that the hotel’s designer is a 21st century expert. The power plugs are ABOVE the nightstands, not down low and hard to reach like the run-of-the-mill hotels. And the rooms arranged around the central courtyard are a throwback to the classy hotels in Mexico. The location is great; near the important parts of Orizaba, but not on the main drag.
