Premier Inn Manchester Airport Heald Green

우리는 여러 프리미어 인에 머물렀지만, 이 지역에서 찾기 전까지는 알지 못했던 이 호텔은 다른 모든 기준보다 훨씬 낮았습니다. 우리는 엘리베이터가 없는 긴 계단이 있다는 것을 발견하고 빨리 숙소를 옮겼습니다. 나는 80세이고 아내는 토요일에 79세였습니다. 그것은 첫 번째 실패였고, 곧바로 두 번째 실패가 이어졌습니다. 약 0.5마일 정도 되는 우리 방까지의 긴 도보. 방에 들어가 둘러보니 욕실 바닥이 더러운 것을 발견했습니다. 고장 3번, 벽의 컨트롤이 제대로 작동하지 않는 것 같아서 난방 시스템에 문제가 있어 방이 따뜻하지 않았습니다. 우리는 p를 넣을 수 있었지만 이것은 실패 4번이었습니다. 우리는 차/저녁을 먹으러 내려갔고 Premier Inn에는 자체 케이터링이 없기 때문에 The Beefeater와 연결되어 있고 두 건물 사이를 직접 통과하는 통로가 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 우리는 테이블에 앉았고 5분 전에 승무원이 음료를 주문하기 위해 왔습니다. 10분이 더 지나자 같은 직원이 와서 식사 주문을 받았습니다. 그런 다음 20분을 더 견뎌야 했습니다. 우리가 식사를 마쳤을 때 나는 달콤한 것을 주문하고 싶었지만 참석할 테이블이 많은 것처럼 보이는 같은 수행원의 관심을 끌기가 훨씬 더 어려웠고 결국 그녀가 와서 달콤한 주문을 받고 우리를 보장했습니다. 내가 청구서를 요청한 과자를 먹은 직후에 떠날 수 있습니다. 사탕과 청구서는 이전의 모든 요청보다 훨씬 빨리 왔기 때문에 이것은 다섯 번째 부정으로 등록됩니다. 유일한 장점은 토요일과 일요일 아침의 아침 식사가 괜찮았고 시리얼과 음료는 직접 구했으며 영국식 아침 식사 정식이 적절한 시간에 배달되었다는 것입니다. 또한 일요일 아침에 우리는 The Beefeater로 가는 통로를 통과하려고 했으나 통로가 폐쇄되어 있어 주차장을 돌아 The Beefeater 정문까지 걸어야 했습니다. 마지막 부정적인 점, 그 후 Premier Inns에서 익숙하지 않은 전체 경험에 혐오감을 느꼈기 때문에 Premier Inn Heald Green으로 돌아 가지 않을 것입니다.

Nice view, bed is very comfortable, Good service and will book this upcoming, it bring me unforgettable memory.

Very convenient, close to airport and late check in available

The hotel is very convenient for Manchester Airport and checkin was easy with a friendly receptionist. The room itself is tired and really needs some updating. The carpet did not look clean, the wall had some scuffs on it and the fan wasn’t working properly in the bathroom. On the subject of the bathroom, the shower gel dispenser wasn’t working properly and made taking a shower a real pain. For a hundred pounds a night, I think guests deserve better to be honest. I used to really enjoy a night in a Premier Inn but now most of their properties I visit I find myself thinking they have gone downhill and need a refurb.

Man on reception was very kind and helpful. We arrived at 3am as or flight was delayed, but had no problem checking in. The room was clean and presentable. We stayed on the ground floor and was woken up by screaming kids and car doors slamming, which would not normally be a problem but when you arrive at 3am it would have been nice to get a lay in. Not the hotels fault.

Room was clean, nice and quiet.................. no one answers the phone or returns emails on important issues. Its not hard to do. Basics are important......................................................... ..............

We stayed one night at either end of our holiday to Italy. First night was a great sleep, although we were in the extension in which the floorboards creak and you could hear the people walking upstairs. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Taxi to airport at stupid o’clock in the morning was £15 and was on time. I only gave 4 stars as the plug socket in room 42 next to the bed failed to charge my phone. I’d stay again. On our return to the uk, we arrived after midnight, the staff member on reception was lovely and helpful, (a Turkish gentleman who’s been here 3 years so far) we were in room 39 this time and same issues with the noisy floorboards, but the air conditioning was really noisy this time (sounded like a kettle boiling) We went to have breakfast in the adjoining beefeater in the morning and when we asked the staff they said they would come and take our order. We waited another 20minutes! We actually watched the staff chatting in the corner for some time. When one eventually came over, we were getting up to leave. Just appalling service in the beefeater. But told the receptionist in The premier Inn and she went and got us a coffee and said she would report it to the manager. She was absolutely lovely. The premier inn staff were fantastic and are definitely a credit to the company. Beefeater staff have a way to go.

Booked it for family with a new baby, everything they needed was provided. They said the room was big the bed was really comfy and had a great sleep. They really enjoyed the cooked breakfast so we all went back for dinner. Our server was Megan and she couldn't do enough for us, very friendly and helpful. Decent choice on the menu, being a vegetarian it's hard to find a decent plant based burger, was not disappointed, very tasty. The others had the steak which they enjoyed and the portions were not small. Nice friendly place will definately book for food and overnight stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Lisa & Cenk were amazing, I phoned to say I was going to be late and arrived after midnight, I spoke to Leesa who said that was no problem whatsoever and that she would leave Cenk a message accordingly. Upon arriving and speaking to Cenk, the room was ready and what a friendly gentleman he was. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Will will be using it again soon.
