Pool was ice cold. Could only take a shower. The bath part did not work for my son. Breakfast was good and nice location.

I had an allergic reaction in the room. When we called the desk to ask if it was a pet free room, they replied that there were no pet free rooms. They said they deep clean after a pet is in there. Does that mean they steam clean the couches, carpet and bed every time? There should be rooms designated as pet free. Also, we were told there was a Starbucks on campus. There was not.

Overall, an excellent choice for lodging. However, breakfast (eggs, Canadian bacon, hash browns) were dry, & flavorless. The fruit yogurts breads were better alternatives. The hot items were just dry & over cooked

It was clean and comfortable. It was a little different that the sink was not in the bathroom, but I liked that better. We could get ready while the other was showering. Out of the congested area, but close to everything.

From the time we walked in the gentleman on the desk was excellent. The room was spotless as well as the property. Very quiet hotel and easy access. The breakfast was delicious and the surroundings very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very accommodating staff and very clean buildings and rooms. The breakfast was fantastic as well

I was put on a noisy ,dark no hall light third floor were rooms had no numbers that had construction going on from 9 AM til 6 pm . Then moved to another room that did not have a refrigerator for my food and the bathroom exhaust fan would not shut off and had to listen to that all night I was not happy. When I went out and came back my keys did not work.

We took a room on the second floor 11/11 to11/13. We stayed over night on 11/11, went home on 11/12 and came back that night for the final day of stay. Can you imagine our surprise that when the elevator door opened the hallways were all torn up and room numbers were written on masking tappe attached to each room. No one told us of the construction and there were no signed warning customers. very unprofessional !!!

We arrived and checked in and was put in room 329 on third floor at the end of the hall. It is a nice little walk from the elevator. There were no lights in the hall and no room number on the doors . Then we realized that the doors had blue tape on them and the room numbers were wrote on the tape with a black ink pen so you could not see it with no hall lights. Very noisy from the workers on this floor that I was told by the front desk they work 9 AM to 6 PM daily. So asked for another room and it did not have a refrigerator I was told that they have not put all the new refrigerators in the rooms yet. And the fan in the bathroom stays on all the time and is very noisy. We went out for a bit and came back and your room keys did not work and we parked on the back side of hotel so all the packages we had from shopping we had to take back to the car because the keys would not open the back door and had to be reprogrammed. It was a weekend getaway that did not go well I was there for two nights and charged for three it should have been free. They do not tell you in the add that they are working on the hotel and doing updates. It is not fair to the customer to pay full price and not get everything you offer. Plus deal with the noise of the workers. I am a manager for a repair shop and I was trying to get away for noise and needed some quiet time to relax.
