Fabulous location, just a few steps to the Christmas markets. Quiet, swish and very helpful. We were able to check in at 09:00 which was great after a 06:00 flight. Luggage storage the next day while we carried on exploring Wrocław was extremely helpful too. Waitress service hot breakfast was lovely. Room was big and quiet, backing onto a silent courtyard which was just the thing for a good nights sleep. There was a fridge but we didn’t use it in December. There was also coffee and a kettle but sadly no milk. I’m sure they would have given us some if we’d asked but we were too tired to leave the room by the time we noticed. I’d certainly go again.

We stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 48 people, occupying a total of 24 rooms. The group loved their stay, and the close proximity to the Christmas Markets. The breakfast was fabulous, which included the ability to order hot food items. Thank you to all of the Patio staff who made our stay enjoyable.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location; right around the corner from the main square and Jatki Street. Large rooms which were very clean. There were plenty of towels, a hairdryer, very good lighting and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There was no safe but we locked our passports etc in our suitcases. The only issues were that there didn't seem to be much insulation through the windows so early in a morning we could hear the church bells and deliveries being made. Also, the pillows on the bed were very large and square and not very comfy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choice and a menu to choose extra items off - the waffles and pancakes were delicious! Front of house staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended hotel for a short break.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes from Rynek Square. It is very modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a lux room which was very spacious and overlooked a courtyard. We stayed in room 32 which was on the 3rd floor. Complimentary toiletries in bathroom, complimentary bottles of water, plenty sockets, plenty storage space. Check in was quick even though we didn’t arrive until midnight. Entrance to the hotel is up a covered alleyway. Breakfast was either hot or cold. Place your order for hot food of porridge, scrambled eggs,omelette, hard/ soft boiled eggs, toast, pancakes or waffles with the waitress. Tea, coffee and juice available. Selection of desserts, yoghurts and pastries. Baskets of bread with a variety of different types of bread. Plenty of variety of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. A must to try is smalec which sounds disgusting but is very tasty, it is a spread made from rendered white pork fat flavoured with crispy brown pieces and you spread it on bread. We were encouraged to try it when we visited a polish restaurant. Pierogies are also a dish to try as they are dumplings with various fillings and they come sweet or savoury. Prices are very reasonable compared to the uk and portions are generous. There is a guest house next door to the hotel called The Academus which is also a place to have a drink, owner is very friendly. Just bedside the hotel on the way to the square is a souvenir shop which changes to a bar at night, it is very cosy and has a good variety of drinks for sale. Wroclaw is a beautiful place and is somewhere we would definitely revisit.

Das Hotel ist ein gut renovierter Altbau in zwei Häusern am Westrand der historischen Altstadt. Unser Doppelzimmer für sechs Nächte: im 5. Stock unterm Dach. Schmal, eng, dunkel. Ein einziges kleines Fenster mit Blick auf das Mauerwerk des gegenüberliegenden Kirchturms gibt wenig Tageslicht. Die elektrische Beleuchtung ist äußerst sparsam. Eine Deckenbeleuchtung für das ganze Zimmer fehlt. Die Einrichtung eher spartanisch. Kein (Plazu für einen) Nachtschrank oder wenigstens ein Brett über dem Bett, auf dem man nachts die Brille, Uhr oder ein Buch ablegen könnte. Das Bett 1,40m breit – für zwei erwachsene Personen!! Das ginge als Einzelzimmer vielleicht durch. Doch auch da bliebe die grundsätzliche Enge und Dunkelheit. Zwei Hartplastikstühle, großflächig durchbrochen vervollständigen die Einrichtung. Wer länger als 3 min da sitzt, spürt schon den Schmerz. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer aber sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Und das große Bad, gut beleuchtet (!) ist der akzeptabelste Teil des Ganzen. Wirklich ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es entschädigt für manches andere. Das freundliche Personal umsorgt die Gäste umsichtig. Der Frühstücksraum wirkt großzügig und ansprechend.

Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo magnifico hotel. La posizione è strategica poiché è situato presso il centro di Breslavia. Le camere sono grandi, spaziose e moderne (l’unica pecca è la qualità dei cuscini che sono troppo morbido e il letto con il materasso duro… quindi per dormire si fa un po’ fatica la prima notte, bisogna solo abituarsi un po’ perché poi un po’ è meglio). Consiglio di fermarsi per la prima colazione in quanto è servita a buffet ed è molto abbondante. La struttura ben curata e moderna, il personale molto disponibile e cortese. Niente da aggiungere, provatelo!!
