I booked wrong dates for my stay at the Europeum Hotel by mistake. Once I realized the error, I asked the hotel staff if it's possible to book another stay and get my money back for the canceled trip. I was assured that it won't be a problem in an official e-mail sent by the hotel's employee. To this day I have not received my money back - the hotel staff denies any responsibility for the incident and erroneously asks me to contact booking com. Instead of help and a team of funds, the hotel sent a letter to me through lawyers, threatening to sue under Art. 212 (defamation) for sharing my experience online. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and insolence. I strongly advise against booking your visit.
