산책로 옆의 이상적인 위치, 평화로운 푸른 정원과 바다 전망을 마주하고 있어 두 가지 모두 최고였습니다. 친절한 리셉션 덕분에 도착하자마자 업그레이드를 받았습니다. 아주 합리적인 가격에 좋은 시간에 예약해서 정말 기뻤습니다. 프런트 데스크에는 캐나다 남성분이 특히 친절했고, 참을성 있고 밝은 젊은 여성분도 계셨습니다. 호텔 객실이 모두 만실이라 직접 만나거나 전화로 연락해야 하는 압박감을 잘 견뎌냈습니다. 다음 날 아침 조식 수요가 많았을 때도 마찬가지로 쾌활하게 대처하고 협조해 주었습니다. 이 호텔은 조식의 질이 높아 상을 수상했습니다. 영국식 정식은 물론 신선한 과일 샐러드를 포함한 가벼운 유럽식 조식까지 다양한 메뉴를 제공합니다. 건물은 오래되고 유서 깊은 분위기가 물씬 풍기며, 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다 (리셉션에 놓인 꽃은 정말 진했습니다). 삭막한 현대식 건물과는 정반대입니다. 객실은 작았지만 짧은 숙박이나 저희의 필요에는 충분했습니다. 편안한 트윈 베드가 있었고, 두 창문 모두 시원한 바람을 위해 열려 있었습니다. 샤워는 사용하기 매우 쉬웠습니다. 욕조 안에 있어서 민첩하게 접근해야 했습니다. 주차는 노상 주차였고, 저희는 정문 앞에 주차했습니다(카드는 시간당 1.80파운드, 현금은 30분당 90펜스씩). 하룻밤 주차는 '추가 요금'이 발생할 수 있으므로, 아침에 붐비지 않아 벌금을 피할 수 있습니다. 저는 장례식에 참석했는데, 그 자리에서 연설을 하게 되어 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 이동 후 휴식을 취하고 장례식을 준비하는 데 편안한 시간이었습니다. 채츠워스는 저희에게 좋은 선택이었고, 저희는 추천할 만합니다.

위치, 서비스, 직원 모두 훌륭했습니다. 객실은 정말 멋졌고, 매력이 넘쳤습니다. 조식, 객실 상태 모두 훌륭했습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Everything was well organised and made the stay easy and relaxing. Would happily stay again.

Always a great stay at The Chatsworth Hotel. Such a convenient location right by the sea and very close to restaurants and bars. Everything you need within walking distance. The hotel now includes a light breakfast which was very gratefully received. Extremely budget friendly.

Shower water flow was very poor. We are not happy with that. There is no soap no shampoo no conditioner no lotion. All in one dispenser not giving enough amount of liquid.

Worst hotel ever, the floor is not even flat, there is a slope in my room

Very tired and dated hotel. Pluses are good location for town centre and most amenities, clean room and comfortable bed. Downside no bar open, old draughty windows so more traffic noise and squeaky floorboards than ideal. Still overall a pleasant comfortable stay at the price I got (under £60).

I recently stayed at the Chatsworth Hotel in Worthing. Overall, it offered reasonable value for money, with good service from the staff throughout my visit. The location is excellent – right in the centre of Worthing and just a short walk from the seafront, which made it very convenient. That said, the hotel itself is clearly in need of some renovation. My room felt very dated, and the shower wasn’t particularly practical, with the shower head set so low it was awkward to use. The toiletries situation was also a bit puzzling, as there was only a single dispenser of a purple liquid that could have been either shampoo or body wash – not the most guest-friendly setup. The corridors were another drawback, as they were very dimly lit. The proximity-activated lights only came on when you were practically underneath them, which made walking down the hallway feel rather gloomy. In summary, the Chatsworth offers a great location and good service at a fair price, but the rooms and facilities really do need modernising. With some investment, it could be an excellent place to stay, but at the moment it feels a little tired.

Service was good with friendly staff. Room was very old, floor was unevenness, although was clean with nice seaview. Seagulls doesn't allow to sleep if you stay on the top floor room

there are 2 very good points and quite a few bad points Location is excellent almost in front of the sea, in a very nice area with restaurants and a long promenade on the sea. The guy at the desk was absolutely kind helpful and friendly. Structure is old fashioned, nice from outside but once you go to the rooms they are old, the heavy curtains smell dust as the carpet, bed was absolutely unconfortable as the mattress was too soft when I sat I thought I would be sitting on the floor. The worse part of it all are the wardrobe ( old, smelling closed ) and the bathroom which was very small with a tiny shower and a very tiny washbasin. It was very difficult to turn the shower off and I had to ask the kind guy at the desk to help me to turn it off . The room did not make me feel at ease at all.

Good Hotel.. It will be very helpful if cash is accepted instead of card only. Furthermore, the laundry service should be brought back and availability of microwave.
