Had the pleasure of staying at the Worthing premier inn for 2 weeks due to repairs on our house. Must say the staff were amazing and made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. Keith especially always going the extra mile, such as offering everything from cutlery and plates for our just eat orders in our rooms to supplying random drinks or food requests at different times of day. Rooms were lovely and cleanliness was very good plus food being a good selection on the menu and tasty! All in all everyone was very accommodating and friendly and was a lovely stay for 2 weeks! Highly recommend.

Plus room booked for 2 people. Towels provided only for 1 person in the PLUS ROOM! I went to get more (which was extra hassle), and the staff told me that I had booked for one person. This was an insult and completely incorrect, and unhelpful to say the least. I booked for 2 people, and there was no need for the staff to respond that way before he gave me the missing towels.

Room was tired and didn't smell great. High price for a mediocre room with an uncomfortable bed. Restaurant closed at 2100hrs, so necessitated dining out. I would only use this hotel out of necessity and practicality. Not my first choice

The room smelt stale, the carpet was dirty and not hoovered. The bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair in the bath, stuck to the bath panel. and underneath the toilet seat, The ceiling paint above the bath was peeling off. I am disabled, my daughter is my carer. I was given a room on the first floor, down a maze of corridors through 5 doors and had to use a life to access the floor. My daughter was on the third floor.

Stayed here before, so more than happy to come back. The hotel is in a great location with clean, comfortable rooms, excellent staff and a great breakfast. Parking is an added bonus, but a little tight to move around, although no issue.

All fine and as expected. Staff very pleasant room clean and comfortable. Didn't eat there but was served a drink.

We came in for breakfast and it was lovely! Christine was bubbly, friendly and made the experience lovely for us. Breakfast was so yummy! Lots of different options and everything was fresh. All the staff were smiley aswell. We’ll be back soon :)

Rooms were too hot on the 2nd floor air con did not work. Asked staff if thermostat can go lower than what it was reading was told it didn't although another guest I spoke to said theirs went to a lower temp. Have stayed in Premier inns before and this was first time beds were uncomfortable
