From start to finish our staff experience was superb ! These guys are on the ball with their customer focus. This was my third Spa day at Rookery Hall and as the previous ones certainly did not disappoint . My friend who joined me is well travelled & experienced in Soas and hotels, she was impressed and delighted with a perfect day . From delicious food to superb treatments with experienced considerate therapists . Great facilities and for me the staff cannot be rated high enough . In the modern world of automated systems and technology Rookery Hall and the team are an absolute tonic . I am looking forward to booking a dinner there soon .
