Travelodge Wakefield Woolley Edge M1 Northbound

I was pleasantly pleased with the excellent service and support from Angie and the team. Friendly and welcoming at reception. First time staying and able to support my needs. No noise despite being close to the motorway. Plenty of parking and free.

The room were nice and tidy. All the staff were friendly especially Ann at reception welcomed with a wonderful smile and helped us a lot to ease the check in process. Great location and at easy access to food and amenities. Personally, felt better than any other travelodge. Warm welcoming. Will book again definitely.

Clean Hotel, offering free parking and plenty of choice for food and drink on site with it being on the services. Slept very well bearing in mind next to a busy road and Hotel was well insulated from noise. Royal Mail postbox across the carpark as well which is handy.

Stale smoke smelling grubby room. Lacking real care or interest no real sense of pride in job and service

For a 2* Hotel this place has it all! A lovely very helpful receptionist called Angela. Friendly Housekeepers, A burger king & Greggs right next door. 24hr WiFi for just £3 with good fast internet. Lovely quiet rooms - yet right near motorway. Clean, tidy and comfortable big beds. Travelodge has come a long way since the old days and gives premier inn a run for it's money (Talking of which their rooms for same night as mine was over £60 more expensive and just down the road!) This is great for Travellers, Commuters, Families, Solos and don't forget those of you who want to bring the dogs along - They are allowed too! So Good in fact I extended my stay by an extra night.

The staff especially Ann & angie have been excellent, Absolutely fantastic. They assisted me in a problem I had. They are always extremely friendly & the place is spotless. The room is very clean&the provisions are always stocked up. They are a credit to their employer
